BARCLAY BANK offers a credit card for American Airline customersI applied for it, was approved but did not receive the card on time before leaving on a month business trip overseasI called upon my return to activate and use the card, I was told I would receive another one but then that I already had the productAfter filing a complaint with Revdex.com the card was re-issued, BUT NOT WITH THE BENEFITS ADVERTISEDThis bank discriminates and states that because I was not able to activate, all benefits were lostI gave up other cards with American Airline benefits to be able to use this offered by Barclay Bank but they continue to refuse granting the advertised promotionDO NOT APPLY WITH THIS BANK, they will come up with all kinds of excuses NOT to fulfill their promotion.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Delivery of OrderselectDesired Outcome:I am currently active using the cardI NEED THE ADVERTISED MILES as this promotion is still on place
