I was contacted by Ameritech Financial about two years ago to help me with my school loans. They had taken $99 out of my account for a entire year before they started being investigated. Today I was talking to my original school loan and come to find out Ameritech never paid on my school loan. I want to know where my money went and I would like it back to I can actually pay it on my school loan.

I paid Ameritech Financial over $2,000 to ppo sy my student loans & they did not. I need a refund.

I paid Ameritech Financials for over 5 years monthly fees that were withdrawn from my account. Now that I have to recertify my student loan, I realize that the money I thought was being applied to my loan never was. 5

I have been enrolled in Ameritech Financial's Student Loan Forgiveness Program since July of 2016 when I graduated college and tore my meniscus needing multiple surgeries. After numerous calls of me being skeptical, everything they were saying did check out at the time. After going through paystubs, calculating what I make per year, and putting me in a $99 repayment program yearly. They initially asked for a one time fee of $1000 to begin this entire process. From there on out I was supposed to be on a $99 Income based repayment program. Every year they recalculated my payment, and this was supposed to last for a ten year period pending a income check once per year. I have now paid over $2900 in "payment plans" as well as the initial $1000 start up fee which is around $4000+ given to this company. Now I am being told my loans are defaulting.

It's been about 4 years now that I have been paying Ameritech Financial for a "student loan forgiveness program." I started paying $257.00 per month and then $99 for the remaining 3 years. My loan company never recieved any of these payments. My interest went through the roof and my credit suffered because of it. How do I get my money back? How is anyone (AmeriTech) going to restore and/or repay my credit? I have all the bank statements showing that the money was coming out of my account.
Please help.
Thank you for your time.

I was contacted by Ameritech Financial through mail and they stated they could lower my student loan debt by over half. My husband and I were struggling at the time, but we were still making our full payments on time. Ameritech told me to include everyone in my family that I buy gifts for, help out, etc. which then in turn put me on an IBR plan. They said my payments of 207.00 for 6 months and then 100.00 for 30 months would be going towards my student loans. I have now realized that this company was a complete scam and I am out 4,200+ dollars, and my student loan balance has gone up because there were no payments going to Fedloan and I now have over 5.000 in interest. My husband and I would’ve continued to struggle had we known this was going to be the outcome. We made a 10,000 mistake(interest plus money paid to Ameritech) and we will never forget it.

I paid *** to fix my student loan and they took a lot of money of my account. Now the student loan keeps on contacting me saying they did not receive any money from that company.

I am a customer of *** that made a monthly payment for 3 years. I am looking for a refund as to my understanding my monthly contributions did not go towards my student loans. Unfortunately I am unable to go back to school as financial aide will not lend monies to me because of non payment towards student loans.

It's been about 4 years now that I have been paying Ameritech Financial for a "student loan forgiveness program." I started paying 3 to $400 per month then it went down to 3 something, then 2 something and I was paying $99 for the remaining 6 years or so. This past December the $99 was not drafted from my account and I waited. In January of 2019, it did not draft again and so I called and found out they are shut down. I called my student loan provider and they are stating that they have not received payment from me in 4 years. Where did my money go? Now I have the same student loan with an added $6000 of interest.

I was contacted by Ameritech financial over 2 years ago about having them help me to consolidate my federal student loans and submit the paperwork for loan forgiveness. Since April 11, 2016, I have been making monthly payments to them every single month with the expectation and impression that they would be forwarding the payment to my actual loan service. I received a document from the USA Federal Trade Commission stating that the payments I've been making are not being and have not been submitted to my student loan service, and that I should contact them to cancel as well as request a refund. I attempted to contact them via customer service phone number and after 3 minutes of being on hold- a busy signal comes on and the call hangs up. I attempted this 5 times. I then called the FTC phone number and per the recording was prompted to contact the Revdex.com to file a claim since I'm not able to contact Ameritech directly.

In June 2018 I was promised to pay a monthly fee for 33 months and then everything would be forgiven I was also charged a fee of 82.00 a month for services. My loans were consolidated and I learned that the company was a scam. I paid the 82.00 for 5 months.

January 2016 I received a letter from Washington D.C. Financial Office and they hooked me up with AmeriTech Financial. A male worker told me if I paid the company $207 a month they would lower my monthly student loans into one payment. From 03/2016 to 01/2017 I paid them $207 and $99 from 02/2017 to 02/2019. The Free Trade Commission shut them down and I found out they were not paying any of my student loans off.

I would like to get my money back so that I am able to make the payment directly to my student loan service, which I thought was being done all along. I have made the following payments: 4/11/2016 $207 5/1/2016 $207 6/1/2016 $207 7/1/2016 $207 8/1/2016 $207 9/1/2016 $207 10/1/2016 $207 11/1/2016 $207 12/1/2016 $207 1/1/2017 $207 2/1/2017 $207 3/1/2017 $207 4/1/2017 $99 5/1/2017 $99 6/1/2017 $99 7/1/2017 $99 8/1/2017 $50 9/1/2017 $50 10/1/2017 $50 11/1/2017 $50 12/1/2017 $50 1/1/2018 $50 2/1/2018 $50 3/1/2018 $50 4/1/2018 $50 5/1/2018 $50 6/1/2018 $50 7/1/2018 $50

They obtained personal information like social security number fasfa info etc. Were taking money from me and not applying it to my loans. I feel so violated.

I was in contact with Ameritech financial who offered me a "Student Loan Forgiveness" plan, prompting me to make a payment of $82 a month, starting in March of 2018. Within that time period this company became wrapped up in litigation's and accusations of being a fraudulent third party company. This company has been shut down as of now and can no longer perform services. They have been scamming thousands, myself included out of large amounts of money. I would like the money I have put forth towards this company returned to me
