Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below First the policy in which I agree does informed of of the fee that applies if a transaction fail with the bank as mentioned however our dispute is not similar to the describe scenario, as the due was paid before the attempt to Charge my account on the 9thIn addition, the buiness website does informed how all payment are considered received at the time payment are submitted clearly indicating that when I paid on 6th my payment was considered received (their system actually indicates the same) noting provides Information on processing or else.Finally a similar transaction was made the month before at the precise same date and no fee was deducted to my knowledge (and if any I am requesting a reimbursement of that charge as we are now in dispute.)if we follow the logic that the business implies, a 2x charge for the policy would had occurred on the month before on from my check card and one from my now closed account--This was not the case, which we can clearly conclude that once the due is paid, before the deduction or electronic attempt date, no electronic deduction takes place..This is for me a clear attempt to just ignore logic associated with facts and hide behind a policy without even attempting to review the issueI may be in comparison to your 20+ years customers just a mere beginer with your company but as a customer I had no issue with the company and was actually in great satisfaction until this issueI had no 2nd doubt of a continously relationship in which you provide me great coverage for an affordable priceHowever I am now fearing what could had been if the issue was of a more severe gravity..Please review the issue at not only from business perpective (as im sure will show it has nothing to do with a $issue but more has to do about enforcing the rules) but also from a customer perspective as it does have do with a $27issue and trust associated with satisfaction Thank you again with Regards, [redacted]

Hello,first of, [redacted] from anchor general insurance did call my daughter one time, and I was present while she spoke to him for only minutesHe did not explain to my year old daughter about our choice in choosing our own body shop [redacted] was supposed to call us back, to get more info in regarding the accident, he never called backI left [redacted] countless messages, and I never got a call back from himI guess they just assumed the accident was my daughters fault by the minute conversation he had with her I am also very upset the fact that they left my daughter at the accident location without offering her any help to move the car, since she was not able to drive it off to a safe area.The operator from anchor general literally hung the phone very rudely! Thank god for a bystander that offered help and we used his insurance for a tow truck, and that is how our car ended up at pro star yard! From there, I kept calling anchor general insurance and I finally got a hold of someone, they instantly order for my car to be towed to a body shopI had no clue where my car was towed, until I called a few more times and finally I was told, my claim adjuster was [redacted] She was the one that told me very rudely my car was at golden state body shopI have no clue what dates anchor general insurance approved the claim, all I know that finally Marissa from golden state body shop told me that my insurance approved the work last monday March 2nd! My car is still at the shop since 1/23/My car is a lease car! Which anchor general does knowAnd I just come to find out that most of the parts ordered to repair my car are off market brand Not Volkswagen brandMy car is up for the lease this friday march And my car is still in the shop! And the dealer will Not except off market brand! Every single person I have spoken too from anchor general insurance, never call back or are very rude and unprofessional!
