Hello, To be fair and consistent to all of our customers we are upholding our policy and we will not be accepting a return or issuing a replacement

Hello,To clarify the customer did not advise us that she was sick or ill, please see emails attachedand since the package was not claimed by her and Royal Mail it was returned back to our HubOur representatives were merely stating our policy and we were empathetic to her concerns about how hard our lip kits are to getPer our 7/email we advised, "Unfortunately, our policy requires that all returned packages are cancelled and refundedSo sorry for the inconvenience!" I am able to resend out the package back to the customer as a one time courtesy but if this package unclaimed, returned back to us, or lost we will not be issuing another replacement

Per the customers request in their rejection their order Khas been canceled, exact email verbiage customer was advised, "Your order has been canceled & refunded! Please note that it takes 7-full business days to show up in your account!"

Hello, Today 5/the customer was advised via email that we will send a one time courtesy replacement, we just need them to verify their entire ship to address

As the customer has not sent us a the letter from the bank advising that the charge back has been droppedI have included the email chain to show the letter was not includedAs we do not have a letter showing the charge back was dropped we cannot issue a replacement

As the order was reported as fraud, our Fraud department has exercised our right with Terms of Service Section 11, to cancel and refund the order in question, as is our policy for all orders that are reported as fraudulentIn accordance with our Terms of Service Section 11: Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions, "To the fullest extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order) if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate." This information can be found on https://www.kyliecosmetics.com/pages/terms-of-use The customer had reported the order as fraudulent and the funds for the order in question were disputed with PayPalPer our records, PayPal has proceeded to issue a refund in the favor of the customerAs this the case, the refund was initiated via PayPal and the customer will need to contact PayPal as they will now be handling the funds in questionThey will be one to provide the most details regarding the refund in questionWe have provided two file attachments reflecting that we do not have the funds in questionFor the most information regarding the refund in question, the customer will need to follow up with PayPal and they will be able to provide further assistance

Hello, The customer was emailed on 4/and advised to file a claim with usps, and we have not received a response from the customerToday 5/the customer was sent a follow up email asking for the claim number and advising that we need a claim number from USPS in order to issue a replacement package

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: as mentioned before the goods are faulty and leaking from the bottleI would not buy goods like this from a shop so why should I have to accept goods like this from an online seller?As mentioned for reasons of hygiene it isn't safe to use these products and I do not believe that Kylie Cosmetics can guarantee they have not been used as product is on the outside of the bottle.If the products in question had a little scuff or mark then I could accept that as 'roughed up in transit' but the packaging is severely damaged and the product is not contained within the bottlesThey are not acceptable Regards, J [redacted]

Your product will ship in the next business days; once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking." According to tracking [redacted] the customers' replacement order shipped on 7/and we sent a notification email to [email protected]
