Hello, I could not find any emails from the customer in our customer service emailsI emailed the customer and advised that we need photos showing the issues she is having, we do need these photos to authenticate her claimIn addition we do need a photo of the packing slip and the order
number showing, we need this information to authenticate that this purchase was made through kyliecosmetics.comEven though this was a gift the customer can reach out the the person who gifted these products for this informationPlease note that without proper documentation we cannot move forward with issuing a replacement package

Our response time for emails is within hours, and can be extended during and after launches The customer continuously emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why her
email was not answeredToday 12/the customer was advised we are issuing a replacement package, please see below for exact email verbiage customer was advised:"Hello L***We are so sorry for this issueWe'll have a one time courtesy replacement package of order Ksent out to you.Processing is 7-business days, once your replacement package goes out you'll receive an email with tracking.Thank you,"

I am rejecting this response because: Whilst I accept that a replacement for the product that was excluded from my order is the appropriate response from Kylie Cosmetics, I find the turnaround time unacceptableThe original processing time of the order was 3-business days, and would have reached me in time for gift-giving at ChristmasTo then suggest a 7-business day turnaround is unacceptableIn my opinion, it would be more acceptable if the business sent me a replacement product IMMEDIATELYI would like to keep this case open until I have received the product

I am rejecting this response because: I have been emailing and trying to get a hold of someone for the past weeks with no responseThey sent one email and expect me to be ok with a simple refundI still have not received my money back ($43) and also have no product for compensation of the issue.I want my refund asap and also some type of product to make up for the product they didn't send me and now is out of stock!

I am rejecting this response because:I reject this response because it is unacceptable that an eyeshadow palette stinks of paint and we are to just deal with it because they say it is safe Eyeshadow palettes no matter what the reason should not smell like chemicals ! They know there is an issue with his and they should fix it !

Hello, The customer was told via email today:"Your item departed our USPS facility in NORFOLK, VA on July 11, at 4:amThe item is currently in transit to the destination.We're so sorry for the issue! It appears there is a slight tracking delay on USPS's end, we've contacted USPS and were told that packages are still moving, some are just missing a scan. Please allow a few days for your tracking to begin updating!"

I am rejecting this response because:I received a response that my order will be sent as a courtesyAfter trying to clarifying that courtesy means that it will be completely free due to this mistake I got another email stating that my order will be sentI work in the customer service industry and courtesy to me is to make sure my customer is very satisfied and will come back and will refer friends and family! From the response I got I understand that this business representatives think that I should be excited that I am still getting my correct order after a month waiting for it and spending my time trying to contact them, Revdex.com, my bankThis in not a good customer service and I do not need this kind or courtesyI would like to keep my money and spend it somewhere, where I will be satisfied with my serviceIf it was me I would have gifted my customer what they originally ordered. All I want from all this experience is to keep my money.
