Hello,The customer was emailed today 11/15, and advise that we will issue a replacement package, we are waiting for their responseIn addition, our system shows the customer did view the mail today at 1:pm, but did not respondOnce the customer responds then we can resolve this issueI have

Even pending charges can appear to be posted, that is why we ask for a bank statementSince a bank statement time and date stamped would be the only proof that charge has postedIn addition, we did advise that a charge can remain pending for business days, and currently it is 6th business day

Hello, Our response time form emails is 24-hoursThe customer continuously emailed Kylie Cosmetics from the same email chain bringing her to the front of the queue with the newest emailsWe do answer the oldest emails first that is why her email was not answeredThe packing slip reflects
that the the customer was only sent one liner for Posie K, therefore we will be issuing a replacement posie liner to the customer

I am rejecting this response because:The vendor seems to be under the impression that they can uphold any policy they please, ignoring consumers rightsIt does not matter that they have stated no refunds in their policyThis does not alter my statutory rights as a consumerI ordered a product with the advertised expectation that it would arrive within 10-daysof products arrivedThe vendors response, to replace the item, doesIt help the fact that this item is now of no use to me: this item was for a present; as one of the items did t arrive I've instead had to purchase something elseSo I need my money back.

I reject the vendors response ( offering a replacement product as a solution) because the item will fall outside the time scale of delivery which was advised at time of purchase: 10-business days from 13/11/I purchased these items as a giftOnly one of the items arrived; as I needed both the items for a present on a specific day, I had to buy something elseSo I need my money back to cover this. The vendor seems to think that businesses can have whatever policy they please and ignore consumers statutory rightsI also suggest Revdex.com take a look on the Internet for similar complaints from buys where items have been ordered only for part, or in some cases none of it to arriveClearly this company needs investigating. In short, I ordered two items with the understanding it would arrive within a set time frameTheEndorsed hasn't met this serviceTherefor I request a refund for the missing item

I am rejecting this response because:this is simply ridiculousThe company is just doggedly refusing to even entertain the idea of fulfilling any of my requests, which are quite reasonable; seeing as Kylie Cosmetics is known for having such horrible shipping issues, as is evident on the Revdex.com website and countless other places on the internet, this shipping issue is clearly a result of the company and how it handles its shipment of productsFurthermore, they send typo-ridden and nonsensical messages in response to my complaint and their only solution is to wait and see when the product comes, be it days, weeks, or months--and there's not any indication that it even will ever comeI have spoken with USPS myself, and Kylie Cosmetics has yet to offer me any information I didn't already knowAny other reasonable company would simply resend the products or give the customer a refund--the customer service of Kylie Cosmetics is astoundingly aggravating.

Hello, The photo attached is the only photo that the customer sent us of the products she received, as you can see from the photo is is blurry and the shades names are not legible, , therefore we were unable to tell what products the customer actually did receiveIn these types of
situations we would then send an email asking for a clear photo to ensure that we send the customer an accurate replacement product
