No refund has been issued, despite being told it would be done on 9/25, and day blinds has tasked me (customer) with getting multiple contractor quotes before compensating for the property damage?

A discount for the full value of the valance that came in the incorrect color has been provided and Customer is scheduled for final installation of correctly colored valance today 7/18/All remaining parts of the order have been installed and the color of the valance has been verified as correct

Because Day Blinds did not respond to ANY calls from August to September regarding the defective drapes, my husband and I hired an attorney? Only when Day Blinds received the certified letter from our attorney did we finally receive a call from customer service supervisor "***, " phone *** stated that our complaint was "lost in the paperwork" and was very sorry and would honor a full refund plus attorney fees during a phone call October 9th? On October 13th I received a phone call from *** that a full refund would be credited back to my credit card for the amount of $4,388, minus attorney fees? I told him that was unacceptable and that he had told us attorney fees would be included totaling with the order $5,? As of this writing the attorney fees have increased, (we have yet to receive an updated *** from the attorney)? At this juncture we are going to request ***'s full name and his title plus the name of his supervisor for our attorney? I don't know it this will result in a civil suit and will keep you posted.Sincerely,*** ***

An order for faux wood blinds was provided to this customer free of all chargesA $balance was left on the order at time of completion, with the intent of that charge being waived instead of processed.On 9/15/Day Blinds was notified of the charge by email.On 9/16/it was confirmed by
Day Blinds that the charge would be reversed Monday 9/18/2017.On 9/18/the $charge was reversed.? Email chain attached.? The $in question was charged in error as the order and installation was done at no cost to this customer as a gesture of goodwill ans has been reversed at this time

The customer has since had their repair completed We will work with the customer regarding compensation

We are sincerely sorry for what happened, and we are determined to make it right The installer that the customer first had issue with is no longer employed by Day Blinds Our Director of Installed Services has reached out to the customer to advise that we will be having a new installer out to
complete the outstanding issues

While I understand that $was refunded in a gesture of goodwill, that amount DOES NOT justify the time and consideration that we as customers put into this processDay Blinds emphasizes that they completed the order as per the original invoice--this is correctHowever, they do not make mention of the fact that this order was not completed on the first time, the second time, the third time...it took at least five tries for this order to be completed correctlyEven when the company had reordered my product (if needed, I have records from emails with ***), they messed up and ordered the SAME incorrect product that they were trying to replaceI have been very patient, albeit persistent throughout this process and exhausted my records with Day Blinds directly before reaching out to the Revdex.comI hope we can come to a fair and considerable resolution.?
