Great experience with APCO. David came out for the quote and was willing to be flexible with us with a few unique features of our house and gutter/downspout needs. Their quote came in about 20% below another. Danny and his crew got it knocked out in one day in January. Turned out one of our fascia boards was rotten. They were willing to have me run get materials at *** and they charged only for labor to replace the board. They custom made a piece for the corner of our roof line that receives a lot of water and the previous set up was not working.
My only complaint is that we have found a number of nails and metal pieces in our driveway from the old gutters that they tore out and took away but didn't get everything cleaned up. No flat tires so far.
I would go with APCO again and will be recommending them to friends.

APCO is very easy to work with. Explain what you want to do. They will give you suggestions. You decide what you want. They give you a price and a date for completion. And it happens. Their contact people are accessible. It's a very reliable company at a reasonable price.

Everyone at APCO was a pleasure to work with. Mike listened to our ideas and helped make them a reality. Brent, our production supervisor, kept us informed and addressed any concerns we had promptly throughout the build process. Bryant did an amazing job building our deck. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely use APCO again. We have received so many compliments on our new deck!

Junior did a great job. He was efficient and did the repair job after our gutter had pulled away from the house. Also they checked when we purchased date and covered it under their warranty. I would definitely recommend APCO again.

I am very thankful that I found APCO. The door is beautiful and the minor repair we needed was completed quickly and with no fuss or mess. The people have been polite, professional and friendly. We have no regretted our decision to go with APCO for one minute.

APCO is unable to complete work that was in contract April 2019. Still waiting. Every step of the way it seems that I am waiting or my work order is put in cue and they get to me whenever its my turn again. CS is unable to provide help with scheduling or priority scheduling.
Why is followup or rescheduling appointments for door installation required - Great question!? Because they failed to deliver what was ordered the first time. First installation appointment was in late August. Thats how long it took to get my doors and opening in APCO schedule?
Second attempt installers broke my door locks after 4 hours. Currently my front door does not completely lock.
Third attempt still waiting to see if the work can be completed actually.
Unfortunately my time has been wasted/ my family home is less secure. For the holidays I am so willing to show friends and neighbors the work that has been done so far.
But not finished. Sure do hope my turn in APCO schedule can be soon ...
May have to wait until 2020 ...
I am without hope it can be soon.

We are very sorry. The lock was received and installed the following day. The project should now be completed. We failed to inform the customer that special order product takes longer, to order matching locks, and to get the install of the new locks completed causing another reorder. All of this extended the lead time. Also, we may have been calling the wrong number as we made multiple attempts to schedule and did not hear back from the customer. Again, we are very sorry that this happened. We have had made strides internally to keep this from happening again.

The installers arrived promptly, completed the work in a timely manner and the windows and trim are beautiful!!!

APCO is a top-notch company! Our initial window and siding job was done exceptionally well and we are so pleased to come home and look at a "new" house every day! We had 24 new double-hung windows installed (48 panes of window), and when the temperatures dropped 30 degrees in a few hours and it got instantly very cold (9 degrees), only one window got a small crack in the corner from a factory defect. We called APCO that evening, Jim (supervisor) called us back the next day, he instantly ordered a new window with no hassle, in just over a week the window was to APCO , and Jim scheduled it to be installed within two days being sure to fit our busy schedule. Steve (service tech) was kind, courteous, thorough, neat, clean, quick, and skilled! We highly recommend APCO for their initial work, their quick service response, and no hassle remedy!

Very good experience from the sales staff to the work crew ! The quality of work and materials were exceptional. The new siding is beautiful and has added to the insulation. The furnace doesn’t work as hard. The new gutters with guards are awesome. No more leaves and ladders!!! The neighbors have all commented how nice it looks - we have a “New” house!

We are so happy with our new windows. They are so much more than we expected. APCO was easy to communicate with on every level. John our salesman answered any questions we had anytime we had them. Dale communicated well about scheduling so it worked with our time restrictions. All in all APCO is the way to go!

APCO recently installed new windows, gutters, fascia and soffit on our house. We are very please with the results and quality of the products and the prices were very competitive. All of the installers did a great job! We've had a few issues with the windows shortly after they were installed and APCO came back out and quickly repaired them. I highly recommend them!

APCO put new siding on both my home and detached garage. They were great to deal with in all aspects. I didn't feel rushed to decide and they worked with me on scheduling. They came when scheduled and finished in a timely manner. The crews tidied up every night. The siding is high quality and not flimsy. I felt the pricing was competitive and I was confident this company would do the job correct. My sales person Dave answered emails promptly when I had questions. I never felt like I needed to be concerned about what was going on when I wasn't there. I am very pleased with the makeover to my little house. I would use APCO again for any renovation needs and recommend them without hesitation.

Letter to Apco:
10/27/2019
Mr. C,
I received an estimate from Apco for the replacement of two doors and five windows.
Once, ordered, there was, what we felt, an excessive delay of several months for the product to arrive. At no time did Apco call that the product was in. I had to call several times and was made to feel at though the call was a bother to the company.
Of course, the original quoted price went up when the product arrived, due to “unforeseen” circumstances. Think about that. This is what you do. There are no unforeseen circumstances. That was an additional $885 “on a deal”.
Then we went through several weeks of playing calendar tag. Once again, at no time did your scheduler, Dale, call us. I had to call repeatedly while he hummed and hawed and each time, ultimately wanting a last minute arrival.
I am the pharmacist at a new location. By law, we can’t just close the pharmacy and walk away. The installation site is out of town and I have to be there to, one let you in, and two, because with each passing screw up by Apco, we have less faith in your competence. There is no last minute.
Early last week, we had to call once again-zero communication from Apco-and Dale set up installation for Monday, October 28th. I scheduled off for Monday and Tuesday, as Dale in the previous call, informed me this was a two day installation. I lost two days of pay and scheduled a fill-in pharmacist to cover those days.
On Saturday, October 26th, at 11:36AM, Dale called to cancel the Monday installation.
We have two additional remodel/repair projects that were predicated on Apco completing their job. Schedules have been destroyed, the projects are now pushed into next year at substantial expense.
It is apparent Apco has no concept of the effect you have on the lives of human beings, nor do you care.
Our lives have been disrupted for the better part of this calendar year and the pain and stress Apco has inflicted exceeds human possibility.
Apco will:
Refund the deposit along with the interest at 10%.
Pay for two days lost wages of sixteen hours at a rate of xx.xx dollars/hour.
Pay for two days wages of sixteen hours for the fill-in pharmacist at a rate of xx.xx dollars/hour.
Be financially responsible for all increase on project costs for the two remaining remodel/repairs to our home.
Engage in court mediation of financial compensation for stress/pain/aggravation of Apco’s incompetence and failure to complete contracted services as promised.
Apco’s response need to be received by 5:00pm, Monday, October 28, 2019.

We are very sorry for this delay. We were able to start on Mr. project within two days of this review being submitted. Per a conversation I had with Mr. after the installation he told me is was very happy with the end product.
