The salesman was courteous and did not pressure the sale. The installers left the yard very clean and the finished product meets all of my expectations.

The manufacturer delayed part of my order, "typical!" but Apco accelerated my installation date which helped tremendously. When everything runs perfect complements are in abundance. However, when issues occur finger pointing seems to be a knee jerk reaction. This did not happen, Apco was extremely helpful.

Communication was an issue. Other than that, great install service.

We ordered vinyl siding, windows and seamless gutters from APCO. Overall, we are very pleased with the process, the work and the results. We did have a problem with the vinyl siding team not showing up on the day they were supposed to and no one called us. It turns out that Jay's truck had broken down and Jerry, the scheduler, was out of the office. I called them and got a voice mail. It turns out that Jerry was on vacation and Jay had left the paperwork in the truck. IMO, the scheduler should have back up so that this sort of problem does not occur. And Jay should have called us; he could have called the office to get our number even if he did leave paperwork in the truck. It was a minor glitch and overall, we are very satisfied with the crews and the results.

APCO was very helpful and the installation was terrific. The installer was a pro and very good at his craft. I highly recommend APCO for any remodel or new build work. I plan on using APCO for future siding, doors, and window services.

In the fall of 2014, Apco installed windows in the bedrooms of my home. At that time I was concerned that the installers had not insulated or caulked the windows. I was told the frames were insulated. During the winter of 2014-15, the windows were very drafty and cold. I called the company to complain. They sent out their service person (Steve) who proceeded to make sure the windows were closing properly and put little foam wedges in the inner corners of the windows. Steve also told me I had purchased the "good window" and they sale a "good, better or best" window. I told Steve, my salesman (***) had not informed me of the 3 different grades of windows, but did tell me cost matter with color or wood windows. Steve assured me if I had more problems to call the office as I had a lifetime warranty (this would be the theme from every one who would come out after that..."you have a lifetime warranty"). Winter of 15-16 comes, same problem, again I call the company, this time they were to callback and schedule another service person to come out. By the time the call was addressed it was spring, so they would not be able to identify the problem (living is Ohio you have to wait for the right season to address home issues). Winter 16-17, same problem..Mike C comes out and notices he could see a little light around the frame...again I say, "I did not see the installers use caulk or insulation". Mike says he will discuss at the office and have someone come out and I would get a call when they would schedule (yet another) inspection. Needless to say, I have never gotten a call back, I have ALWAYS had to initiate the call & request. Time goes by.....Winter 17-18 comes, I call again, now I'm really getting ticked off and tired of air blowing on my head, if I don't stuff fabric on the window seal to block the air (which I did with the old windows, prior to Apco installing new ones). Jim comes out, it's January, again with the same inspection ritual. He says he will schedule another service person to come out, to remove the trim, to see if there is insulation or caulking...no one called, I called back in March. After my call, they sent out a younger service guy (Brian?), who took off the interior trim and low & behold...NO Caulking or Insulation! Brian said, he would inform Jim K, service manager, the information and felt all the windows(there are 5) need insulation. Brian also said, the measurements were so tight, there may not have been much room to put insulation, but the installers should have, at least, caulked them. Well, it's August 2018, and again, I haven't heard from Apco, since the last service person came out in March. Now I have one window that will be completely exposed to the cold, since the interior trim was removed.

The siding Apco installed on my homes gable keeps popping off of the house when the outside temperature is hot. This is a reoccurring problem that has been supposedly repaired multiple times over the past year. I called Apco several times to have them attempt a repair again starting on June 4th 2018. It is now August 8th 2018. They have not returned my calls.

We are so pleased we chose Apco to replace our windows! Our salesman was low pressure but listened to exactly what we wanted. The windows are built solid and locally made. The installers worked their tails off and were professional and did a wonderful job making the windows blend right in with the house. And to top it all off, the price was literally half of what the other window companies charge. We will recommend Apco to anyone and will come back ourselves for other projects!

Wonderful company and customer service!

APCO cleaned our gutters, reattached loose gutters and installed Grater Gutter Guards in only 4 hours. The crew did a nice job and cleaned up all debris from the gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation after the work was completed.
