I am very pleased with the service and product from APCO. Their entire team from sales to installation was great. They communicated clearly, were reasonably priced, and there was no high pressure. They delivered what they sold, working hard all day to ensure I was happy with the results and even called to follow up a couple days after installation. I would definitely recommend APCO to family and friends. The entire process from start to finish took about 6 weeks, which was sooner than I expected. Love my new windows!

We previously used APCO for window replacement projects so knew the quality of their work. APCO added a screen porch to our home. The work was organized, on schedule, and exceptionally completed. Robert B, the contractor, was meticulous & offered suggestions that improved the original plans. Mike & Brent of APCO kept us updated throughout the process with excellent communication. We are very happy with the end result & highly recommend APCO.

We had new gutters and some soffit replaced. We contacted Apco in the fall of 2018 and didn't want the job done during the winter so they accommodated our request for early spring installation. It looks great and after an adjustment on the slope of one section of gutter, the work is complete and we are very satisfied. From the salesman to the scheduler and the installers, Apco was very professional and concerned about our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Do not go with this company unless you want to be lied to about the timeframe of the job, be given the run around about when the crew is actually going to show up and when the job is actually going to be completed. We were told it would take 7 days to re-side our house. We are on over 3 weeks later & the job still isn't completed. They left our house exposed to the point it caused water damage in the interior, which they are supposedly going to fix, yet we haven't heard anything about that. They ran out of material, which delayed the job further. They don't return phone calls. We've had to call and call with no results. The gutter guys just showed up today to do the gutters and big surprise, they have the wrong color. Save yourself some headaches and go with a more professional company who knows how to communicate, finish a job & do it correctly! Utterly disgusted and disappointed in this entire process!

We apologize profusely about this. We make no excuses. Our V.P. of operations has met with all involved to rectify this immediately and keep it from happening again. Again, we are very sorry that this happened.

In September 2017 I contracted with APCO to install siding on my home. A deposit of $6K was given and based on the contract the remainder was to be paid on completion. Initially everything went well. However along the way they started to delay completion of the job. The first construction manager assigned did not finish the job correctly and left parts of the old siding and as a result of the work caused a leak in my home. Another construction manager was assigned. Before he came out APCO asked for more of their money ($10K). Even though this was out of the scope of the contract I decided to pay it hoping this would speed the job along. Some of the remaining items were completed, including the leak. However there remain several punch-out items that are not completed, specifically finishing the trim and gaps around the front door. I have called the construction manager and texted numerous times with no response. Please help!!!

Dear Revdex.com,My complaint *** should not have been closed. I inadvertently hit thewrong button. APCO has not completed the siding job. After they receivedthe Revdex.com complaint they told me they would come out to complete the nextweek. However they never showed up. Please reopen the complaint.

Unfortunately, this is correct; we did not show up as scheduled. APCO is taking full responsibility for this missed appointment. We scheduled the service, but it didn’t get on our service technician's calendar. The person responsible feels terrible about it.

We performed the service yesterday, 4/10/19, and it is now completed, photos can be provided if necessary. We greatly apologize for missing this appointment.

Great product. I had a new patio door installed. Professional, courteous, on time and an overall great experience with all APCO employees. Thank you APCO

The siding APCO installed on my homes east gable has popped out from the house. I have contacted APCO several times by phone. They responded once by sending a service tech out to my home (without my knowledge so I was not home) to look at the problem. I have not heard from them since then despite my calling several times leaving messages (they rarely answer the phone).

Steve came and replaced the bottom sash of my window yesterday. He has been out several times over the years and is ALWAYS prompt, courteous , and efficient. I especially love it that he always wears his shoe covers, as We dont wear shoes in our house. This time when he came he made an extra effort to come early because of an emergency situation that I had to take care of. If your rating system went higher I would give a ten!??

It was great working with APCO on my window replacement. One of my windows was blown out by high winds. The salesman helped me word my insurance request so that it was clear that both windows in the room needed to be replaced since they were both seen from a front view of the home. My insurance company agreed and covered the cost of both windows. He also made sure that I was aware of the timing to receive the windows and get on the installation schedule. The installer was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the installation occurred without a hitch.
