Excellent!

Used APCO for replacement of siding, which ironically had been installed by them back in the 70s. I have used them in the past for windows and gutters as well. As always, I have been very happy with quality and timeliness of the work they did. Vince (Sales), Jerry (Service), and the whole installation crew were professional and top notch in every way. Refreshing to have a construction contractor actually perform a quality job and in the time they said they would do it.

We needed a new front entry door and a new side door. We contacted APCO and had a great experience from start to finish. The sales consultant was very helpful by providing beneficial information and focusing on what we needed. The installation crew was friendly and efficient, taking time to explain what they were doing. They left the site spotless.

I recently had a need for replacement windows and after several presentations and quotes decided to use APCO. The quality of the windows at the value they came in at was important in making the decision. Their salesman was very professional along with not being to aggressive. Share the information I needed and let me make a decision without feeling pressured. Their technician that did the measuring was very good and took little time. The windows came in earlier than indicated which was great going into the fall and potential weather concerns. Installers did a fine job and were efficient and neat through the process. I had nine windows installed and everything was completed in two days.

APCO did a wonderful job putting siding on my house and installing new gutters. I would recommend this company.

We are completely satisfied with our windows. We had all of our windows replaced in our home. Additionally, they installed a new storm door on our front door.
During the installation, the guys on the crew found a defect in the casement of one of our larger windows. We would have never seen it if they had just gone ahead & installed the window.
APCO did the right thing & had a new one made & installed.
I appreciate the integrity of the installation crew as much as I do the salesman, John S., who sold us our windows.

We are now finally satisfied with the work that has been completed, however it took over 4 months to get it resolved and had we not micro-managed the project who knows what we would have ended up with. Additionally, the work on each project had to be completed multiple times to get it done correctly. The purpose for the complaint is due to the public reviews that are displayed on their website. I believe they are using deceptive practices to attract customers. It was the public reviews that were a significant basis for our selection of this company. After the work was completed, I did identify to the management that I would be posting a review of their services. After posting the review, I noticed that it never showed up on their site. After a little more research I believe they are using a service to scrub their reviews and only post the positive reviews. As these reviews are posted publicly, shouldn't all of them be posted? It was due to these reviews that we made our decision, had all of the reviews were posted, we may have made a different selection. I verified this by posting the same review with a positive rating. It was displayed.
Please advise if I should take any further action.

The gutters were installed exactly as quoted

The sales person was very responsive. Took forever to complete the project correctly (4 Months) after it was sold. It took an overwhelming amount of labor and follow-up on our part to make sure we received a quality job and what we paid for. The initial attempts to install windows, doors, screens, and siding were all extremely flawed (In my opinion). You must pay attention to the details to ensure a quality job. The project managers need to make more site visits to make sure the work is being done correctly. There were problems with every aspect of this multi-project install. I will follow-up with a detailed account including pictures of the projects as they progressed. We are pleased with the final product, however, doubt we would have had this result if we had not micro-manged the project at every turn. If you purchase, stay in constant communication with the project managers and verify items are installed properly, inspected and the proper permits are issued before work begins. I was offered a 250.00 discount if I would NOT write this review. I declined as it is my opinion that I am not the only one that has had this experience. Very frustrating process
