We hired APCO to do remaining siding needs on my Mother's house and we could not be more please with the end result. There were a couple bumps in the final completion process, but APCO was so courteous and accommodating to resolve those final issues and even came out to fully finalize the remaining repairs on a rainy day.

Although the wrong door was ordered by the very personable salesperson such that we had to wait longer than expected, the office liaison and installer were great. The door looks good and the installer was knowledgeable and nice.

Replacing windows in an historic home in an historic district is never easy. The team from APCO was professional and swiftly worked through challenges of the install. Highly recommended.

Just Excellent! We are very please with the quality of product used as well as the quality of work performed. The crew did a fantastic job and when they were through, they did an awesome job of cleaning up. 5 stars for sure!

Excellent service. The Contract was to replace 12+ storm windows in German Village. The work was done the day after Christmas! I got a call from APCO on Sunday afternoon asking me if I would like them to do the work on Wed, Dec 26.
The workers arrived promptly in the morning and had the work done by 3:00 pm. They were friendly and helpful, and did a great job. The work was difficult In that it required removing the trim covering the old storm windows, and putting it back on. Great job!

APCO is a great company but they apparently do not have the installers to do the work in a timely manner. This project of a new sliding glass door and screen door took 4+ months.

Pleased with craftsmanship on residing our home... extremely pleased with the wrap on garage door frame... and subsequently wrap on balance of home... I would certainly recommend APCO to others.

The price and window quality above expectations. Our installer worked quickly and efficiently. The only somewhat negative comment we have is length of time between consult, deposit, remeasure, order and installation. No communication from APCO between these steps to keep us informed. All contact came from email requests or calls from us to find out order or installation status. Overall we would use again & recommend APCO to friends and family. We would rate them a very solid 4.5!

We had extremely positive experience with APCO and would strongly recommend their services and window products. We had multiple windows replaced in our home that was built in 1911. We contacted four other window companies and APCO provided the best estimate and initial experience. They were honest and there were no gimmicks. The sales representative was prompt, friendly and extremely thorough in his explanations of the options, services and what to expect. The installation team did an excellent job. The age of our house did present some challenges along the way with measuring and fitting new windows. The APCO team did a great job handling and addressing any challenges. They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job keeping us informed during the install process. All windows were installed, look great, and function perfectly. We will be considering APCO for future siding and gutter needs.

We had APCO side our house. We are very pleased with the final product. The only issue we had with the process was the lack of communication from APCO. It took longer to start the job than we thought. Once the job was started it took longer to complete than we expected. There were days where the installation crew failed to show up. We had very little contact from APCO to us. We were the ones that had to initiate the communication to see what was going on. That said, we are very happy with the completed product and would recommend them.

All of the people we dealt with were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I can’t say enough good things about them from beginning to end. All of the men who put in our doors and windows were nice and very competent and took great pride in their work. They did an excellent job and left the work area clean when they were done. I am an extremely fussy person and I couldn’t have been more pleased when our project was completed. We would definitely contact them first the next time we have a similar project.

It was a pleasure to do business with APCO. I had them replace the storm windows on our home and was interested in their ProVia window line, which is Amish designed and manufactured, but not upscale in price. The sales person, the man sent to measure our windows, and the installer were friendly, knowledgeable, committed to customer satisfaction and well-represented their company which is privately owned. The installer was well-trained, meticulous and took pride in his work. He even cleaned the outside of the regular windows as he went, explaining the caulking process and what not to seal for proper drainage. I give APCO a “thumbs up” for living up to good business standards as claimed on their website.

We are so glad we chose APCO to replace our gutters. We are very satisfied with the new gutters. The installers were very professional and courteous. They worked carefully to make sure the gutters were hung properly and cut one specially to fit around a shutter. A few days after the gutters were installed there were several days of heavy rain. The gutters were put to the test and worked perfectly.
