Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I did not purchase anything on their website and therefore did not agree to their terms It was an offer that was given to me by a third party for purchasing some other health or fitness item and it simply said free trial and you pay for shipping I did not realize that is how they got your credit card and then they were able to charge for the item which was supposed to be free and then keep charging monthly They are incorrect in their assumption that I agreed to their terms on their website Regards, [redacted]
