We even provide an alternate number in case you call during a busy time and get through our main number. [redacted] This company is not telling the truth. The package does not have a business name or number on it, neither did it come with a slip or enclosure. The only thing that came with the very small package was the small product bottle. I had to look on the Revdex.com website to get the contact number. These people are using the name Green Coffee Today which appears on the bank statement. This name belongs to another company and it made it hard for me to contact them prior to coming to this site. My credit union also noted that this was a suspicious activity on my account and called me to notify me. Once I was able to obtain the number from the Revdex.com website, I called and spoke with a rep. I advised her that I did not sign up for any subscriptions, I also advised her that I still have the product trial size and it is still in the original package and that I will be more than willing to return it. The rep. Indicated that we do not do refunds and we have not shipped you anything else. I them asked her why they did they charge my card for something they have not even shipped me and she said you have to pay for the subscription. I advised her to cancel whatever subscription they illegally signed me up for and refund my money. I do not have any product from a sis riptide because they never mailed one and yet they still refused to return my money. They do not send out shipping slips or return envelops for you to return the item. They also use several different names in their attempt to commit fraud. This is a bogus company and they do not have their telephone number listed on the product. I will take a picture of both the envelop and the trial size bottle and send to Revdex.com to validate the fact that this company is lying. They are using a home based scam to get money from people's account. The rep did cancel the order and I can also pull up my phone record to show that I called them immediately upon receiving the suspicious activity recording from my credit union and this company agreed to cancel but denied my request for my refund. How can you charge a person for something that you have not shipped them and not planning on shipping? All I want is my refund and I will pay to return the trial size that they advertised was free and you only pay for shipping and handling. I will pay to return it to them if they will refund my money.

This company has promised to pay me back by credit card twice and again by a check now twice with you.  I was giving them two full weeks in which to get me the check, it has still not been received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  After another attempted charge from them, my CC flagged it (I never talked to my CC company about this issue at this point) and they froze my CC... because they see them as fraudulent. I spoke to a representative with a very thick East Indian accent and they say they will stop charging my credit card.  I still do not trust the company at all and they have their entire process set up to be a scam. Seeing as how I did not even complete the process because I didn't like their terms and they still went forward with the transaction says alot about the company. We even let the customer know that this purchase came with a subscription as this was stated on the confirmation email that the client received. Again, we do apologize that this customer felt cheated, but we did everything in our power to let the client know that this was a subscription based trial. On the note of the representative that spoke to the client, we are going to retrain them and let them know they should be more lenient with refunds. We don't feel it's fair that our company is blamed as we could of easily refunded the client if she had called in and spoke to a manager. full amount that was charged to you ($73.43 USD). Please note that due to fluctuations in conversion rate , the amount you received back could differ very slightly from the amount you were charged. You then called us back on February 9th 2016 claiming that you had not received your full refund. Our agents then decided to refund the shipping charge as well which totaled to $5.63 USD. All of these credits should of posted on your account by now. We have included receipts which show that the refunds were successful and processed. At this point we have nothing left to refund you as we have completely refunded every charge that was billed to you. Also, the agents asked you to send in a copy of your billing statement so that we could verify the amount that was refunded to you. You could of blacked out any information that you did not want to share. This is the only way we can verify the refund on the client's end. Our policies state that if a client does not call back within their 14 day trial, they agree to accept the purchase fee of $64.99 for the trial bottle. This is similar to any other trial offer found on the internet. In your case, we will make the exception and refund you the $64.99. This is out of courtesy as this actually break's our own policies. You should receive the refund within 3-5 business days although it can take up to 7 business days.
