It actually wasn't clear that I was signing up for the subscription as nothing on the order form gave me notice that I had additional terms and the actual terms were inconspicuous otherwise I would have never signed up for the trial. The best way to find exactly which company charged you is to contact your bank and ask them for the contact number associated with the merchant which charged you on your billing statement. We also attempted to run your info ( name and email) through our system to see if in any case anything would pop up but we were unable to find any orders or transaction under your name and email. Please call your bank and ask them to direct you to the right company which you are seeing these charges from.

I did not realize that is how they got your credit card and then they were able to charge for the item which was supposed to be free and then keep charging monthly. It was $87.47 & $89.31 on 6/20/16. You sell this particular product so how can you say it's not your company to not take responsibility for misrepresenting the purchase in a deceptive way through a direct link on Facebook that does not have a link or state your terms of condition.
