Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] *** This company is not telling the truthThe package does not have a business name or number on it, neither did it come with a slip or enclosureThe only thing that came with the very small package was the small product bottleI had to look on the Revdex.com website to get the contact numberThese people are using the name Green Coffee Today which appears on the bank statementThis name belongs to another company and it made it hard for me to contact them prior to coming to this siteMy credit union also noted that this was a suspicious activity on my account and called me to notify meOnce I was able to obtain the number from the Revdex.com website, I called and spoke with a repI advised her that I did not sign up for any subscriptions, I also advised her that I still have the product trial size and it is still in the original package and that I will be more than willing to return itThe repIndicated that we do not do refunds and we have not shipped you anything elseI them asked her why they did they charge my card for something they have not even shipped me and she said you have to pay for the subscriptionI advised her to cancel whatever subscription they illegally signed me up for and refund my moneyI do not have any product from a sis riptide because they never mailed one and yet they still refused to return my moneyThey do not send out shipping slips or return envelops for you to return the itemThey also use several different names in their attempt to commit fraudThis is a bogus company and they do not have their telephone number listed on the productI will take a picture of both the envelop and the trial size bottle and send to Revdex.com to validate the fact that this company is lyingThey are using a home based scam to get money from people's accountThe rep did cancel the order and I can also pull up my phone record to show that I called them immediately upon receiving the suspicious activity recording from my credit union and this company agreed to cancel but denied my request for my refundHow can you charge a person for something that you have not shipped them and not planning on shipping? All I want is my refund and I will pay to return the trial size that they advertised was free and you only pay for shipping and handlingI will pay to return it to them if they will refund my money
