[redacted] Came into Apple Auto and wanted only a luxury [redacted] She looked at all of our [redacted] and was adamant that all she would buy was a *** Here's what [redacted] is not being credible with you about, [redacted] Can not afford a *** Her credit is poor and her income was not strongOur sales manager tried to explain to her that due to her credit and her income the [redacted] would not work for herShowed her plenty of beautiful vehicles in her price rangeBut [redacted] ***r did not care and demanded the *** [redacted] was completely aware of the vehicles price it is clearly stated everywhereOn all the paperwork on the website on 3rd party addsShe knew the price upon coming into Apple Auto [redacted] wanted the *** and ONLY THAT *** So being we always want to make our customers happy we went above and beyond to help [redacted] get into this beautiful *** [redacted] signed all the paperwork where the PRICE was stated clearly and understood everything she was signing [redacted] Financed so there is a finance charge which HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH APPLE AUTO and will make the price more in the endCommon sense when financing, and everyone knows that you would thinkWhat this really boils down to is [redacted] purchased a vehicle that she can not afford and is trying to pin it on us after we tried showing her other more affordable vehicles that would best fit her NEEDS, [redacted] did not care and again was demanding the [redacted] only [redacted] is not being honestThis Complaint is completely fraudulent because she is just trying to get out of a contract that SHE HERSELF SIGNED! She cant afford the [redacted] that she bought so now she is trying everything she can to try and get out of itShe signed a contactShe is making up ridiculous things about the vehicle ALLEDGING things are broken and etcWhen this vehicle left this dealership in PERFECT CONDITION! PASSED EVERY INSPECTION AND WAS FLAWLESS WHICH IS WHY SHE WANTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! THIS CAR WAS SO PERFECT THE OWNER HIMSELF BOUGHT ITAGAIN, there is NOTHING wrong with this vehicle [redacted] is trying to CON everybody to get out of a Legally Binding contract that she happily and excitedly signed to purchase this vehicle [redacted] even had the audacity to call one day and say that, " She just doesn't like the car" and feels like the car is haunted or something"....So she wants to give it back! We don't have the time to tolerate such ridiculousnessWe are a professional establishmentThis individual purchased a vehicle and now this individual needs to take responsibility for her actions and her vehicleit's kind of like this, have you ever heard the expression, "Champagne taste on a beer Budget" ..This is a classic case of thatApple Auto Did nothing wrong and [redacted] left our establishment very happyWe are confused as to this fraudulent complaint

To Whom it may Concern: [redacted] Came into Apple Auto and wanted to buy a [redacted] The [redacted] Picked out was in our Auction Line Due to the fact that it needed work and we were not going to repair it [redacted] was made aware that it needed some repairs and that we were not going to sell it or repair it, but he did not care and said that was the vehicle he wanted [redacted] put Money Down on the [redacted] and purchased it When the service problems arose in the vehicle that [redacted] was made aware of prior to purchase, [redacted] did not want to pay for them At this point Apple Auto did not have to do anything to help [redacted] but being the reputable dealership that we are we went above and beyond to make [redacted] Happy We offered to trade him out of the [redacted] and get him into another vehicle of his choice!!! Again, Apple auto did not have to do this but we care about our customers With that said [redacted] picked out a beautiful [redacted] that was so nice it was indoors and on our showroom floor!! [redacted] loved the [redacted] and left Apple Auto VERY HAPPYApple auto is very confused as to his fraudulent complaintSincerely,Apple Auto Management

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: All that was said in that letter is fabricated I was not told of anything wrong with the [redacted] after the first day I bring it home not even hrs after I bring from dealer I was stuck on the side of the road and I got prove of all that ,also I still didnt get my registration for new car cause the insurance had car as a and apple auto have car as then in return told me it must be a car thats made mid year which is which I didnt hear anything like that before but I have people with me when I pick up that car I wasnt told it had any issues until it keep broken down on me which its under warrenty I then later learn the car was returned by another consumer and apple auto had not told me nothing is wrong with it and when I went to pick up regiatration I waited like hours and the manager who was once nice when he is collecting my money is giving me dirty looks ,he didnt care for me so he is not reputiable the [redacted] was a lemon and they was just trying to pass it off on me and am willing to go on tv to talk about this and I got prove of how many time I called and got hanged up in my face after am spending my money then also given the run around Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom it may Concern: Again Apple Auto has NO record of Mr***'s alleged depositThere are also NO phone calls made on his behalf what so everLet's just think about this for A moment...If you claimed that somebody had $dollars of yours would you wait YEARS!!! to say something about it????? Absolutely not, You would be in the next day with your receipt and PROOF of payment.( NOBODY WOULD WAIT YEARS TO TRY AND GET THIER MONEY BACK) Mr***'s allegations are clearly not credibleWe've responded and asked that Mr [redacted] provide us with more information regarding this transactionWe've also stated that Mr [redacted] please provide us with his original receipt from this ALLEGED transaction stating it is from Apple Auto with the transaction date and time on it Mr [redacted] has yet to do thisApple Auto Policy does not issue any refunds with out a receiptAs any store's return policy's are, you can't walk into a [redacted] or a [redacted] or any store and demand a refund with out a receipt! Apple Auto is no differentAs far as the attachment Mr [redacted] attached, anybody can cut n paste a phony looking statementWe need a RECIPTWe also need the additional information we asked Mr [redacted] to provide regarding the vehicle info, sales rep, etc Which Mr [redacted] also has failed to provide Most Stores have an expiration date as well, as to when you can get a refund and when you can not It's usually within a year from the date of purchaseMr [redacted] is way past this date and Apple Auto does not have to refund anything to Mr***Apple Auto stands behind it's original responseMr [redacted] has provided nothing valid to Apple Auto regarding this alleged transaction Regards,Apple Auto Management

Issue ResolvedCustomer finally came in with his Receipt and we were able to locate and refund his deposit

It looks like all issues have been resolved to our Customer Satisfaction

[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Apple Auto representative that is responding to this complaint is not offering any solutionI will state my complaint, clearly and simplyWe bought a car from Apple AutoThey failed to honor the warrantyI now am paying a car loan for a non working carI am not denying that we drove the car after the warranty expiredI am saying that we brought the car to your mechanic three times while under warranty and he told us that there was NO LEAKThe service manager never said anything about the warranty only covering safety issuesHe could have advised us to address the oil leak at another garageInstead, he lied and told us that the car wasn't leaking oilSo we took his word and three months later the engine stopped workingWe did not spend over five thousand dollars on a vehicle to drive it for four months and then have to replace the engineIt is frustrating that we owe thousands of dollars on a vehicle that is broken, sitting in our drivewayApple Auto is not attempting to resolve this issueI am willing to take this furtherI believe the lemon law will provide us with a good case if we have to take this to court.In regards to the information you requested, I do not know the current mileageThe car has sat for so long that the battery diedThe mechanic that inspected the car and told us the engine was seized is [redacted] n of Glastonbury Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as I previously stated in original complaint, we attempted to "talk" with sales manager ***He gave two clear choices: 1- He would give us a fair trade in priceThe car has a seized motorWhat could he possibly offer us for a non working car? Also, we would have to purchase another vehicle, adding on more fees and principal to a car loan that we still owe money on2- Second option was to fix/ replace the motor elsewhere at our own expenseThat was the end of our discussion*** refused to listen to anything we had to sayAs I stated already, he told us to leave his dealershipI do not wish to speak with [redacted] againApple Autos response to this complaint was not signed, so I don't even know who is requesting a "talk".Additionally I am rejecting this response because they are admitting there was a day / mile warranty that they just added on to appease usThey had no intentions of honoring such warrantyThe fact that [redacted] , my son, is a [redacted] is irrelevantWe purchased the car from your dealership with a warrantyWhether the warranty was an aor not is also irrelevantWe brought the car to your service center while it was still under warranty with an oil leakNot only did you not fix the leak, but your service manager admitted to knowing of the leak and not fixing it because he was not authorized to perform any addition work to the carHe admitted this to my face Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello,As stated in your [redacted] complaint, you drove the vehicle for months after initially coming in about an oil leak, which is not safety related which is what the limited warranty we gave you coveredThe warranty that was given to you was a day warranty and it was driven for at least days according to your own statementWe do not have the paperwork from the other garage or whoever informed you the motor was seized, and we also need to know the exact mileage when the engine seized, which doesn't really matter since the warranty is expired by the length of daysBy law we weren't obligated to take any further action on the vehicle at that timeThank-you

Miss [redacted] purchased a Vehicle with us back in March We are a bit confused as to why months later all of a sudden she would put in such a Ludacris complaintApple Auto Wholesalers sells, "Dependable, Reliable and Quality Vehicles"None of our vehicles EVER leave our lot with out a full and complete point safety inspectionIf a vehicle does not pass inspection Apple Auto does not sell itMiss [redacted] 's vehicle indeed passed it's safety inspectionUpon sale of this vehicle there was nothing wrong with it, and Miss [redacted] left Apple Auto an extremely happy customer Any problems that Miss [redacted] alleges occurred with her vehicle must have transpired after purchase and delivery while in Miss [redacted] 's possession Apple Auto Wholesalers has gone above and beyond to Make Miss [redacted] Happy fully aware that we are not responsible for what happens to a vehicle once it leaves our lot in excellent physical and mechanical conditionWe still listened to her and addressed her concerns in a professional and timely mannerApple Auto followed through with everything promised on our endMiss [redacted] was fully aware of her loan terms and monthly payment as wellShe signed all her paperwork happily and agreed with the terms and conditions As far as her comments regarding forging or falsifying documents, This is clearly vindictive behavior and does not even warrant a response Miss [redacted] 's complaint it is filled with nothing but misleading information and NO meritIt is also all over the place and couldn't be farther from the truthApple Auto Wholesalers pride's themselves on 100% customer satisfactionApple Auto is also an extremely reputable Wholesale DealershipOur customer's are our family and we do what ever it takes to make them happy and keep them returning to us for all their vehicle needs and their friends and families vehicle needs as wellAgain, Miss [redacted] left Apple Auto one of those happy customers and we are surprised after all that we've done for her here that she would submit such a fraudulent review on usCustomer credibility is what should be looked intoApple Auto is sorry that Miss [redacted] feels this way and would be more than happy to discuss her concerns with her at any timeWe wish her nothing but the best in the future and thank her for her business Sincerely,Apple Auto Management

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I don't understand how they could be so ignorant I've been trying to get my money back over the course of the last year I have documented calls of over 16-times requesting Apple Auto to refund my deposit They just keep giving me the brush off telling me its in the process and then nothing happens I was asked to drive 1-hr bring my bank statement showing the transaction which I did, Apple Auto took the papers and told me they would take care of it and of course I waited and waited and nothing was done Attached is the transaction showing the debit from my bank account from Apple auto My next step is small claims court which I will also attach business expenses of time trying to collect this debt along with interest this will more then double the original $ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Due to this customers poor creditThe ONLY bank willing to take on the "Risk" of helping this customer is one of our banks for people with terrible creditThis particular bank charges a $3,to $4,dollar fee for it's servicesThis fee has nothing to do with Apple Auto! IT IS THE BANKS FEE The fee gets added to the piece of the vehicle and is explained to the customer by the finance managerAgain, This customer is A HIGH RISK and no other banks will work with herThis is a Bank Fee which has NOTHING TO DO WITH APPLE AUTO due to customers low credit Apple Auto Management

[redacted] was offered a refund multiple timesHe changed his mind and informed the finance manager Rich that he did not want a refund and instead wanted a carHe asked Rich to do whatever he could to get him into a vehicle [redacted] ***s credit is poor which is why he is having a hard time getting a vehicleApple Auto has worked really hard to try and secure a loan for [redacted] with a lender, but again due to his challenging credit he is looked at as a risk to banks [redacted] is not being very credible here, Last Apple Auto heard from [redacted] *** he clearly stated no refund and asked us to keep trying for himApple Auto Management
