for the late response due to computer issues and not receiving Revdex.com e-mails in a timely fashion, that issue has been rectifiedHas there been any resolution made since this complaint was made? I am not sure if you had any warranty or extended warranty to your vehicle which would definitely have an impact on how the service department handled the situationPlease let me know how I can help to change this negative experience into a positive one

If the business checked their paper work, they should find an invoice from costar financial, with the payoff amountWhat financial institution would give some one a loan when they are already delinquent on an existing loanThe car was damaged when I picked it up, I was told I had to wait while they clean the car, did not happenI was told if needed the tires would be replaced, was not doneThey could.not even put the front license plate bracket on and get the front plate on straightI have picturesI would expect them to deny everything, From what I have read on the Revdex.com website this has happened beforeCustomer beware they are just out to make money and theif customer service is the worst in the industry.

I am rejecting this response because: I still do not have my paper workYes its been months and I have went to Apple Auto to get the paper work and as I said before it is supposed to be in your archives per management who told me at the time of me coming to Apple Auto how would I know anything about files being sent to archives if I was not told by Apple auto through communicationMy credit has nothing to do with Apple Auto providing me with paper work that should have been given to me appon leaving their place of business after purchasing my vehicleApple auto should get a better filing system so that they can provide their customers with information that is neededAs far as something happening to the vehicle after months It just tells me and my husband that their bumper to bumper check done on all vehicles is not done because who has a transmission problem after six months of purchasing a vehicleI am asking for my paperwork threw the Revdex.com because I sat at Apple Auto for hours and even went in the back with management where u keep your files to find the paperwork (UNPROFESSIONAL)we could not find it and like I said before I was told it is in your archives and that the sales representative Manny B would call me on 12/14/and it is now 12/18/and still no communication from Apple Auto just this response to me because I contacting Revdex.comI know of other customers who have also not received their paperwork from Apple Auto that I know personally who also had to contact Revdex.comThanks for your response but still I have no paperwork if it's such a small issue for Apple Auto management to provide me with what I am asking for why have I not received it? Just send me what I am asking for all of my paperwork!!!

Good Afternoon,First of all, we advised the customer that the vehicle is sold as is, no warranty implied pursuant to CT law, *** at that time advised us he is a tech at a Volkswagen dealer in Meriden and was advised that there was possible issues with the carHe said it wouldn't be an issue
because he works on ***s and would be able to fix it himselfAt that time we gave a day, mile limited warranty which is NOT required from us, as that is an "as is" saleWe did fixed multiple items on the carThe situation was made aware to *** and *** who purchased the vehicleIt is a *** *** *** which should have stayed an "as is" sale, but we gave a limited warranty anywaysI am not sure how you feel bullied and that we are unprofessional and unethical....but if you would like to speak with me, I am more than happy to have a conversation with you to help in any way that I can within the company policy. Complaint Information: The reason why Mr *** deal wasn't finalized by the bank is because, once the bank received the contract that Mr*** has signed and the credit information that Mr*** provided the bank conducted their own investigation and did not feel comfortable granting Mr*** with an automobile loanNo other information was provided to Apple Auto Wholesalers regarding the return of his contractAt that time, the Apple Auto finance team immediately got an new approval for Mr*** with a different bank with new terms and conditions at which Mr*** did not acceptThis left Apple Auto with no choice but to null and void the entire transaction and offer Mr*** his trade back to himUpon Mr*** receiving his trade back, his spoiler had fallen off due to extreme rust and multiple attempts to repairMr *** trade was in such a poor condition and very old upon Apple Auto receiving it.Apple Auto has pictures of how rotten and rusted out the screws were that were supposed to support Mr *** spoilerApple Auto had nothing to do with the spoiler falling off, again due to extreme rust and such poor condition that the vehicle and the rusted out stripped and broken mounts on the back of his vehicle where the spoiler was supposed to be were in prior to Apple Auto even taking the vehicle in on tradeAlso, Mr*** is currently in possession of one of Apple Auto's Dealer PlatesIf we do not have thE dealer plate back in our possession at the dealership by the end of business day today, with his proof of Mr *** emissions for his trade Apple Auto will have no choice but to report this plate as stolenWe have made multiple attempts to try and reach Mr*** regarding this matterMr*** does not respondregards, Apple Auto Wholesaler's Management team , Sent on: 4/29/11:49:AM

I purchased a car March of this year and no I was not happy and I am not sending not saying things the car kepted messing up and they tried to get me to settled tiger all my money backwrote a check for but said was sales tax it's no way it was that much and I also still have the paper work which you can clearly see that my last name was forged and also they lied to the bank said I put down more than I did as well I will be contacting my kawyer because is a lot to lose and I went there back and forth trying to get my stuff right and that's why I brought the car back for one two the payments was over my head when j said I can only pay nomore than 400

leave very happy, but returned days laterMy car has been to apple auto countless times l, for the same issues, each time they told me the car was fineThen the car began shutting off on me, and not starting once shut off, for hoursI brought the car to pep boys, they kept it for a weekThen they suggested I bring it to a chrysler dealership I did, I lt stayed there for weeksThey called me and told me that the warranty company would not cover further diagnostics, and asked me to pick it upI have all my paperwork from these companysAnd have spoken to apple yesterday and today and am currently waiting a call backSincerely, *** ***
