I am rejecting this response because: Apple Auto has NOT PROVIDED me with any paper work on my vehicle at the time of purchase . This is absolutely unprofessional has Apple Auto lost their copy of the paperwork? And can't provide me with a copy I can't understand why I have to keep asking for the same information over and over again either Apple Auto can provide the information needed or DO APPLE AUTO  REFUSE TO PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMER WITH THIS INFORMATION?  I would expect that Apple Auto has lost the paper work because I have been their and it was no where to be found in your business. So if you are not able to provide the information  need which in the previous response Apple Auto said they have no reason why they can not forward me the information. So if you are stand by your previous statement provide the paper work that you have bottom line!!!!What does Apple auto do with their files on customers after purchasing a vehicle? What is Apple Auto policy on what they provide a customer with at the time of purchasing a vehicle?

[redacted] was offered a refund multiple times. He changed his mind and informed the finance manager Rich that he did not want a refund and instead wanted a car. He asked Rich to do whatever he could to get him into a vehicle. [redacted]s credit is poor which is why he is having a hard time getting a...

Apple Auto has worked really hard to try and secure a loan for [redacted] with a lender, but again due to his challenging credit he is looked at as a risk to banks.  [redacted] is not being very credible here, Last Apple Auto heard from [redacted] he clearly stated no refund and asked us to keep trying for him. Apple Auto Management

Due to this customers poor credit. The ONLY bank willing to take on the "Risk" of helping this customer is one of our banks for people with terrible credit. This particular bank charges a $3,000 to $4,000 dollar fee for it's services. This fee has nothing to do with Apple Auto! IT IS THE BANKS FEE....

The fee gets added to the piece of the vehicle and is explained to the customer by the finance manager. Again, This customer is A HIGH RISK and no other banks will work with her. This is a Bank Fee which has NOTHING TO DO WITH APPLE AUTO due to customers low credit.   Apple Auto Management

I am rejecting this response because:
All that was said in that letter is fabricated I was not told of anything wrong with the [redacted] after the first day I bring it home not even 12 hrs after I bring from dealer I was stuck on the side of the road and I got prove of all that ,also I still didnt get my registration for new car cause the insurance had car as a 2011 and apple auto have car as 2012 then in return told me it must be a car thats made mid year which is 2011.5 which I didnt hear anything like that before but I have people with me when I pick up that car I wasnt told it had any issues until it keep broken down on me which its under warrenty I then later learn the car was returned by another consumer and apple auto had not told me nothing is wrong with it and when I went to pick up regiatration I waited like 2 hours and the manager who was once nice when he is collecting my money is giving me dirty looks ,he didnt care for me so he is not reputiable the [redacted] was a lemon and they was just trying to pass it off on me and am willing to go on tv to talk about this and I got prove of how many time I called and got hanged up in my face after am spending my money then also given the run around

I am rejecting this response because:I don't understand how they could be so ignorant I've been trying to get my money back over the course of the last year.  I have documented calls of over 16-times requesting Apple Auto to refund my deposit.    They just keep giving me the brush off telling me its in the process and then nothing happens.  I was asked to drive 1-hr bring my bank statement showing the transaction which I did, Apple Auto took the papers and told me they would take care of it and of course I waited and waited and nothing was done.  Attached is the transaction showing the debit from my bank account from Apple auto.  My next step is small claims court which I will also attach business expenses of time trying to collect this debt along with interest this will more then double the original $500.

This customer left Apple Auto extremely Happy and in a great vehicle! This vehicle passed every safety inspection and is extremely clean and perfect. Auto check is flawless. There is nothing wrong with this vehicle. this is Fraud.

Good Afternoon,Thank-you for doing business with Apple Auto, we appreciate ALL our customers. I am sorry that for any inconvenience that you may have gone through, but as you stated you bought the vehicle for $2100 and it is an "as is" vehicle. If you look at the K-208 inspection form, the axel does...

not fall under any of the 19 items that need to pass for a safety inspection. There is no warranty for an "as is" sale. It is up to the customer before purchasing a vehicle to have a mechanic look at the vehicle if they want an inspection that is outside of the dealerships safety inspection. This is an "as is" sale, the dealership has no requirements to service the vehicle in any other way than the CT safety inspection which was performed on the vehicle. It is an older vehicle, and with older vehicles, it is a risk you take when buying one. After driving that vehicle off of our lot, we are unaware of the problems that can also be caused to the vehicle. Thank-you.

Miss [redacted] did purchase a vehicle with Apple Auto. That is about the only truthful part to this unnecessary complaint.  Apple Auto does not sell vehicles that are not road safe or have bad Titles. The vehicle Miss [redacted] purchased has a" CLEAN TITLE" and PASSED all it's...

safety inspections.  Apple Auto would be happy to provide you with a copy of the Title to Miss [redacted]s vehicle showing NOTHING is wrong with her vehicle and the title is clean.  Again, Her vehicle HAS A, "CLEAN TITLE" and that is what is most important when purchasing and selling a vehicle.  As far as Miss [redacted]s credit, well that's not so good which is why Miss [redacted] can not trade out of this car. Since February Miss [redacted]s credit has gone completely down hill due to her not paying her bills. This has Nothing to do with Apple Auto.  Also, Miss [redacted] did not pay anywhere close to $16,000 for this vehicle, Apple Auto also has documentation that can prove this and what she actually paid for the vehicle.  If miss [redacted] can not be honest about what she paid for the vehicle, then It's safe to assume that Miss [redacted] is not a very credible person and that most of this review is fraudulent and not true as well. As far as her sales rep Eric being fired because of this??? Again, just simply not the truth. This Rep has left the state and relocated which is the reason for him leaving Apple Auto. If miss [redacted] wants to try and get out of this loan she needs to take it up with the bank. To Whom it Mat Concern:It's been over 6 months and Apple Auto is just now hearing about [redacted]s complaint?  Something must have happened to the vehicle while in her possession that all of a sudden her paperwork is a concern when for the last 6 months we haven't heard anything from...

her?? [redacted]  left Apple Auto A very Happy customer due to the fact that her credit was so poor and no body was able to help her get into a vehicle except Apple Auto. Apple Auto worked really hard for her and got her into the vehicle she wanted. Upon purchase of your vehicle at Apple Auto, ALL customers are provided with copies of their signed paperwork. No body leaves Apple Auto without ALL PAPERWORK. Could it be possible that [redacted] misplaced her paperwork after she left the dealership? We would recommend [redacted] look at home or in vehicle for her paperwork that she did indeed receive upon purchase date of her vehicle. If [redacted] can not find her paperwork, This is a very easy fix and Apple Auto would be happy to provide her with copies once again. Apple Auto has not received one phone call from [redacted] regarding this, If we did we would have known about the situation and got her to the right department to help assist her properly. I mean who goes to the Revdex.com over copies of paperwork?? that doesn't seem like a very Valid complaint. All [redacted] had to do was communicate.  With out a phone call or any type of communication for 6 months Apple Auto can not correct anything if they were never made aware of anything in the first place. Again, [redacted] left Apple Auto a very happy customer with a great vehicle and all her paperwork in her possession. To Whom it may Concern: Again Apple Auto has NO record of Mr. [redacted]'s alleged deposit. There are also NO phone calls made on his behalf what so ever. Let's just think about this for A moment...If you claimed that somebody had $500.00 dollars of yours would you wait YEARS!!! to say something about it?????  Absolutely not, You would be in the next day with your receipt and PROOF of payment.( NOBODY WOULD WAIT YEARS TO TRY AND GET THIER MONEY BACK) Mr. [redacted]'s allegations are clearly not credible. We've responded and asked that Mr. [redacted] provide us with more information regarding this transaction. We've also stated that Mr. [redacted] please provide us with his original receipt from this ALLEGED transaction stating it is from Apple Auto with the transaction date and time on it.  Mr. [redacted] has yet to do this. Apple Auto Policy does not issue any refunds with out a receipt. As any store's normal return policy's are, you can't walk into a [redacted] or a [redacted] or any store and demand a refund with out a receipt!  Apple Auto is no different. As far as the attachment Mr. [redacted] attached, anybody can cut n paste a phony looking statement. We need a RECIPT. We also need the additional information we asked Mr. [redacted] to provide regarding the vehicle info, sales rep, etc.  Which Mr. [redacted] also has failed to provide.  Most Stores have an expiration date as well, as to when you can get a refund and when you can not.  It's usually within a year from the date of purchase. Mr. [redacted] is way past this date and Apple Auto does not have to refund anything to Mr. [redacted]. Apple Auto stands behind it's original response. was not strong. Our sales manager tried to explain to her that due to her credit and her income the [redacted] would not work for her. Showed her plenty of beautiful vehicles in her price range. But [redacted]r did not care and demanded the [redacted] [redacted] was completely aware of the vehicles price it is clearly stated everywhere. On all the paperwork on the website on 3rd party adds. She knew the price upon coming into Apple Auto. [redacted] wanted the [redacted] and ONLY THAT [redacted] So being we always want to make our customers happy we went above and beyond to help [redacted] get into this beautiful [redacted]. [redacted] signed all the paperwork where the PRICE was stated clearly and understood everything she was signing. [redacted] Financed so there is a finance charge which HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH APPLE AUTO and will make the price more in the end. Common sense when financing, and everyone knows that you would think. What this really boils down to is [redacted] purchased a vehicle that she can not afford and is trying to pin it on us after we tried showing her other more affordable vehicles that would best fit her NEEDS, [redacted] did not care and again was demanding the [redacted] only. [redacted] is not being honest. This Complaint is completely fraudulent because she is just trying to get out of a contract that SHE HERSELF SIGNED! She cant afford the [redacted] that she bought so now she is trying everything she can to try and get out of it. She signed a contact. She is making up ridiculous things about the vehicle ALLEDGING things are broken and etc. When this vehicle left this dealership in PERFECT CONDITION! PASSED EVERY INSPECTION AND WAS FLAWLESS WHICH IS WHY SHE WANTED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! THIS CAR WAS SO PERFECT THE OWNER HIMSELF BOUGHT IT. AGAIN, there is NOTHING wrong with this vehicle [redacted] is trying to CON everybody to get out of a Legally Binding contract that she happily and excitedly signed to purchase this vehicle. [redacted] even had the audacity to call one day and say that, " She just doesn't like the car" and feels like the car is haunted or something"....So she wants to give it back!  We don't have the time to tolerate such ridiculousness. We are a professional establishment. This individual purchased a vehicle and now this individual needs to take responsibility for her actions and her vehicle. it's kind of like this, have you ever heard the expression, "Champagne taste on a beer Budget" ..This is a classic case of that. Apple Auto Did nothing wrong and [redacted] left our establishment very happy. We are confused as to this fraudulent complaint.

lot with out a full and complete 180 point safety inspection. If a vehicle does not pass inspection Apple Auto does not sell it. Miss [redacted]'s vehicle indeed passed it's safety inspection. Upon sale of this vehicle there was nothing wrong with it, and Miss [redacted] left Apple Auto an extremely happy customer.  Any problems that Miss [redacted]  alleges occurred with her vehicle must have transpired after purchase and delivery while in Miss [redacted]'s possession.  Apple Auto Wholesalers has gone above and beyond to  Make Miss [redacted] Happy fully aware that we are not responsible for what happens to a vehicle once it leaves our lot in excellent physical and mechanical condition. We still listened to her and addressed her concerns in a professional and timely manner. Apple Auto followed through with everything promised on our end. Miss [redacted] was fully aware of her loan terms and monthly payment as well. She signed all her paperwork happily and agreed with the terms and conditions.  As far as her comments regarding  forging or falsifying documents, This is clearly vindictive behavior and does not even warrant a response.  Miss [redacted]'s complaint it is filled with nothing but misleading information and NO merit. It is also all over the place and couldn't be farther from the truth. Apple Auto Wholesalers pride's themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. Apple Auto is also an extremely reputable Wholesale Dealership. Our customer's are our family and we do what ever it takes to make them happy and keep them returning to us for all their vehicle needs and their friends and families vehicle needs as well. Again, Miss [redacted] left Apple Auto one of those happy customers and we are surprised after all that we've done for her here that she would submit such a fraudulent review on us. Hello,As stated in your [redacted] complaint, you drove the vehicle for 3 months after initially coming in about an oil leak, which is not safety related which is what the limited warranty we gave you covered. The warranty that was given to you was a 30 day warranty and it was driven for at least 90 days according to your own statement. We do not have the paperwork from the other garage or whoever informed you the motor was seized, and we also need to know the exact mileage when the engine seized, which doesn't really matter since the warranty is expired by the length of days. By law we weren't obligated to take any further action on the vehicle at that time. Thank-you.
