Complaint: ***Thats a lie also at any given time I got someone with me which os prove cause all the people I bring their with me was there to see everything that went down and also those same people had call on my behalf and got hanged up on most of the times so I dont need to fabricate nothing you all knew that car was a lemon and you sold it to me without telling me what was wrong with it all the times I asked u even said car was at *** and not even *** was able to say whats wrong with car its a straight lemon and you knew it cause you guys have paperworks of someone that recently returned the same car

Hello There,After reviewing the folderWe found out that we have indeed explained that in order complete the dealOur lending institution required a total down payment of $Per our notes in the system we verified that we were wating for the remaining of the down payment by
Friday Sep 9th in orde to finalize the deal and compy with our lending institution requirements. At this time we can refund your full amount of $back to you and cancel the deal. I am rejecting this response because: I signed those papers on a Saturday and per Felipe I had nothing to worry about that everything was taken care of because I was not allowed to take the car off the lot until Tuesday and then that,Tuesday night I still had to drive off the lot with a dealer plate because the person that deals with motor vehicle has left for the daySo I had to return on Wednesday to receive my regular license plateI find it very funny that a text message directly from Ernie is fraudulent when the text messages cannot be tampered withI just feel that I was told anything and everything to get into that car with all the issues that the car had so I would not be in that dealership anymoreAnd I do not understand how Apple auto took a hit the price of the car when Philippe in for my husband and I that the banks only approve a loan based on the book value of the carAnd I'm very upset that I'm being called a liar saying that I've never contacted the dealership when I have spoken to Jules about the problems that I was havingI should have listened to the first bank *** when they didn't approve Apple auto the loam but they approved me stating that basically Apple auto was a shady dealership to deal with because they have never sent other titles out to them so in other words I was approved for the loan but because I was trying to go through Apple auto it was not approved to go through Apple autoI even told my dad that I was going to file a report with the Revdex.com and he told me oh no that's not a good idea please do not do thatI am very upset with the services and now I'm being called a liar like I've stated before I have text messages to prove everything and I can guarantee you that they have not been tampered with or they are not fraudulent and you can see that it's directly from Ernie one of the salesmanMy husband and I were very upfront about how much we were looking to spend and Felipe said he would do anything and everything he could so we can get on that car and that he's glad that we gave them more than a second chance because of the headache that my husband and I had to go through at that dealership

I am rejecting this response because: The Apple Auto representative that is responding to this complaint is not offering any solution. I will state my complaint, clearly and simply. We bought a car from Apple Auto. They failed to honor the warranty. I now am paying a car loan for a non working car. I am not denying that we drove the car after the warranty expired. I am saying that we brought the car to your mechanic three times while under warranty and he told us that there was NO LEAK. The service manager never said anything about the warranty only covering safety issues. He could have advised us to address the oil leak at another garage. Instead, he lied and told us that the car wasn't leaking oil. So we took his word and three months later the engine stopped working. We did not spend over five thousand dollars on a vehicle to drive it for four months and then have to replace the engine. It is frustrating that we owe thousands of dollars on a vehicle that is broken, sitting in our driveway. Apple Auto is not attempting to resolve this issue. I am willing to take this further. I believe the lemon law will provide us with a good case if we have to take this to court.In regards to the information you requested, I do not know the current mileage. The car has sat for so long that the battery died. The mechanic that inspected the car and told us the engine was seized is [redacted]n of Glastonbury.

To Whom it may concern:This is the first I am hearing of [redacted] service issues. Apple Auto went above and beyond to make [redacted] a happy customer, Apple Auto took a huge loss on the vehicle she purchased just to make sure she was Happy with her deal, price and customer...

service. I would advise [redacted] to go through her paperwork. There is a piece of paper called a ,"We Owe"...That paper gets signed at the point of sale by the manager. The "We Owe" is simply that, a list of things the dealership promises to the customer, such as repairs, floor matts things of that nature. Every dealership has a We Owe agreement that must be signed by all parties. If a customer does not have a We Owe the dealership is not responsible for any extra's of any sort once the customer leaves the dealership. Please check and see if you have a signed We Owe from Apple Auto. If [redacted] does indeed have a signed We Owe document from Apple Auto promising these things she is requesting she simply needs to come into the dealership with the We Owe and Apple Auto will be happy to accommodate [redacted] with what is stated on the We Owe only. Text Messages are not acceptable and can be fraudulent. Apple Auto will honor proper documentation only such as the We Owe dated and signed from Apple Auto Wholesalers only. Apple Auto Wholesalers has also personally spoken with Miss [redacted] and we addressed her concerns and rectified them to her satisfaction. 2 manager's whom will attest to the documented conversations treated her with nothing but professionalism and courtesy. They went over a plan of action and took care of her issue's immediately. After going above and beyond to make Miss [redacted] happy and again, rectifying Miss [redacted] issue's, to her satisfaction. Miss [redacted] boyfriend called the dealership and was extremely belligerent, swearing and being completely disrespectful and uncalled for. Miss's [redacted] boyfriend is not on any of Miss [redacted] paperwork and legally has no right to any information regarding Miss [redacted] personal information or dealings with Apple Auto Wholesalers. Apple Auto Wholesalers will not tolerate this kind of behavior and will not disclose any information or converse with Miss [redacted] boyfriend. All transactions and correspondences moving forward will be with Miss [redacted] only. We arranged a time that was agreeable and convenient for Miss [redacted] to take care of her vehicle with our service department in which she cancelled. To Whom it May Concern: Apple Auto is very confused to this complaint being the Alleged Customer waited almost a Year and a half and then all of a sudden submits a complaint all this time later?? If someone supposedly had $500 dollars of mine I wouldn't be waiting OVER A YEAR to say something...

about it. Doesn't make the complaint sound very credible. Apple Auto does not keep anybody's money that does not purchase a vehicle with us. Not sure is Mr., [redacted] has the correct dealership.  Upon researching this complaint Apple Auto has no records of a [redacted] leaving any deposit in house over a year and a half ago in 2014! We will need more details regarding the alleged deposit. Possibly a different name? Vin number to the vehicle? Receipt with purchase date and amount on it, stating from Apple Auto Wholesaler's.   Thank you,Apple Auto Management

To Whom it may Concern: [redacted] Came into Apple Auto and wanted to buy a [redacted].  The [redacted] Picked out was in our Auction Line Due to the fact that it needed work and we were not going to repair it.  [redacted] was made aware that it needed some repairs and...

that we were not going to sell it or repair it, but he did not care and said that was the vehicle he wanted.  [redacted] put Money Down on the [redacted] and purchased it.  When the service problems arose in the vehicle that [redacted] was made aware of prior to purchase,  [redacted] did not want to pay for them.  At this point Apple Auto did not have to do anything to help [redacted] but being the reputable dealership that we are we went above and beyond to make [redacted] Happy.  We offered to trade him out of the [redacted] and get him into another vehicle of his choice!!!  Again, Apple auto did not have to do this but we care about our customers.  With that said [redacted] picked out a beautiful [redacted] that was so nice it was indoors and on our showroom floor!!  [redacted] loved the [redacted] and left Apple Auto VERY HAPPY. about to be financed with the bank, you pulled out of the agreement which forfeits your downpayment. Also, due to unforeseen circumstances with DMV you were unable to be registered until that issue was resolved, that is not the dealership's fault. I would be happy to speak with you personally and try to help to resolve the issue, but I can't do anything outside our company policy.
