I am rejecting this response because: as I previously stated in original complaint, we attempted to "talk" with sales manager [redacted]. He gave two clear choices: 1- He would give us a fair trade in price. The car has a seized motor. What could he possibly offer us for a non working car? Also, we would have to purchase another vehicle, adding on more fees and principal to a car loan that we still owe money on. 2- Second option was to fix/ replace the motor elsewhere at our own expense. That was the end of our discussion. [redacted] refused to listen to anything we had to say. As I stated already, he told us to leave his dealership. I do not wish to speak with [redacted] again. Apple Autos response to this complaint was not signed, so I don't even know who is requesting a "talk".Additionally I am rejecting this response because they are admitting there was a 30 day / 1500 mile warranty that they just added on to appease us. They had no intentions of honoring such warranty. The fact that [redacted] , my son, is a [redacted] is irrelevant. We purchased the car from your dealership with a warranty. Whether the warranty was an add-on or not is also irrelevant. We brought the car to your service center while it was still under warranty with an oil leak. Not only did you not fix the leak, but your service manager admitted to knowing of the leak and not fixing it because he was not authorized to perform any addition work to the car. He admitted this to my face.

To Whom it May Concern, Thank you for the information, although Miss [redacted]'s Returned to Apple Auto on Sunday 12/6/15 and applied her money towards the purchase of a [redacted] with us. She Left Apple Auto a completely Happy and satisfied customer Sincerely,Apple Auto Management.
