I have been being billed and paying $5.00+0.24+.50/ month for over two years....my credit card expired 11/The bank did send me a new card all that time yet continued to send me monthly ststement with the above charges which I was paying till I noticed that my card had expired over a year ago with no acknowledgement from the bank yet collecting the monthly account service feeSo I stopped paying it a few months ago and then they turned in a non payment report to the credit bureau which lowered my credit scoreI have worked very hard for ten years to get my score where it belongs and then all of a sudden it drops because of this bankI have paid them the $they billed me for which is several months of monthly service chargesI feel they owe me something !

I've received a letter in the man regarding an account number which says I owe six hundred fifty dollars and forty two centsfor one I've never had an account with this company and they account was opened in and when I called the collection agency they said the account was under the name SandraAnd for two I called the number to try and ask about the bill they number I called said that the account number is invalid

months ago I called paid off the Applied Bank Credit Card and closed itThe following month I got a bill for from monthly service fee, and cash advance charge when there was no cash advance, so how can their be a fee? I called and said, I paid my balance in full, closed the card, why are you still charging meThey said No we do not have a record of thatI said what? I spoke to a rep my balance was zero, I closed the cardI asked if I would ever be charged again, the answer was no your account is closed, and at a balanceYou will receive a last statement with balanceNext bill they charge me I called and said, I closed the account and paid it offThey said we don't have a record of thatI said okay, lets do this now, and I will do it exactly how you want me to do itOkay? They agreedI paid the which I did not really owe, but figured it's worth paying the and never hear from them againI paid the over the phoneI asked if I would be charg

I came to a settlement agreement with on behalf of Applied BankOn paying the agreed amount the account would be considered paid in full and would show a $balanceI spoke to a few representatives of Applied Bank one which was a supervisor and they basically told me that they were not going to do it and that is not how Applied Bank worksI stated to them that it was agreed upon by the company that this account would be considered paid in full and will reflect a $balanceThis has not been done on their partI even told them I have the letter on the agreement
I would like the account deleted from my three credit reports
They have different dates of last activity
The status is being reported incorrectly not part of the agreement
The payments are incorrect

Applied bank put a judgement on me and a lien on my home which I knew nothing aboutSo I tried to see my home and it popped upI have called Applied bank 10+ times to get this resolved and no body can find any information on meThis is ridiculous and need to get resolved

I am trying to cancel my accountI call and call their main number and just sit on hold as the automated system tells me they have high call volumeI just want to cancel my accountI have now been on hold for hours, at which point I hung up and called the lost card number, a woman answered and I told her my problem and let her know I was ready to report them as I have been on hold all afternoonShe said I did not have to do that and that she would connect me with someone who can helpAll the woman did was place me on hold and put me through to the same number and loop that I sat on hold with for hoursI again am sitting here on hold now for another minutes endlessly waitingThis is so wrong that they have no employees to answer the phoneFor there high annual fees they should have some staff to handle customer problemsThis is the worst company ever and I want to cancel my account immediately and receive my money from the secured card backI have not used this card

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This does not meet my expectations because according to the FCRA Act, Section 609, they have to remove the account from the credit bureaus because they do not have a signed contract with my signature on it.  What they sent me does NOT have my signature on it anywhere and it needs to be removed.  I do not want to communicate with them outside of this forum.  They are trying to get me to contact them to bully me into playing their games and it is not something I plan on doing.  Remove the account from the 3 credit bureaus please.
