Problem:I have disputed the negative information and contacted the company to get the account records from opening of the account and they no longer have them. This account is over 7 years old, and if the records can not be verified in full from opening of the account then NO negative can be listed on the account if the entire account is not proven by document it can not report ANYTHING. I have contacted the company and asked for verification in full NOT partial and have not received that therefor according to FCRA section 604, 605, and 623 the account needs to be updated on the bureaus or removed completely.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:Want my credit cleared of the negative report
