Yep they are charging their late fees etc - this is how they make money off people by suckering them into taking their card then hiking late charges up the wazzooo - they need to be stopped - this is a scamTranslate Desired Outcome:I want these people to adjust the bill accordingly - when the correct amount is put down that is owed I will honor what needs to be paidI will not pay their bloated ridiculous charges and in addition they need to take their mark off my credit reports immediatelyThey are a scam company

I paid my credit card balance in full and cancelled my credit card on3/18/received a confirmation code I received a cancellation letter dated 4/18/since then I have received several emails for collection first for $balance I called three times to speak to a supervisor on 4/6/I spoke to [redacted] ( [redacted] ) who assured me it was an oversight and would be resolvedI am still receiving emails to PAY NOW for $now its $ Now I am receiving harassing phone calls to pay from a collection agency when I explain the account is closed they refer me back to [redacted] (applied bank)credit card ending in #

I have been enrolled in autopay with this credit card / Applied Bank company for over a yearI have proven documents from my bank showing auto payments taken from my bank accountFor reasons no one can explain to me, there was no payment taken from my account in November of This company confirmed that I was enrolled in autopay and they did not know why the payment did not come outThey instead charged me a fee for no paymentI enrolled in autopay so I would not have to worry about making a paymentThey were supposed to resolve this and get back to me, but no one has I called again on 4/20/and spoke with someone name [redacted] who said she saw notes from December stating there was a case and someone was supposed to get back to me, but no one didHow can I get my money back?
