This credit card is the WORST CARD I have in my wallet. IT'S ALSO THE OLDEST, WHICH MAKES ME STOP FROM CLOSING IT. The Website SUCKS, every time I log in I have to send a text to my phone. They charge $15.00 A MONTH, EVEN IF YOU HAVE A $0 BALANCE?????? I HATE THIS CREDIT CARD AND THE BANK!!!!!!

The person I spoke with, Ms [redacted] took a payment for $196.91 (confirmation 16062137622411), and stated in exchange as a courtesy they would delete the tradeline from my Experian and TransUnion reports (she stated they don't report to Equifax, and I've never seen it on that report). As long as the accounts are deleted as agreed, I would consider this issue resolved. I will reach back out to the Revdex.com should Applied Bank not honor its agreement, but I'm confident they will.

Had this card over 5+ years. Loved using the card and everything. Customer service has been bad. I've call time and time again to tell them they are reflecting on my credit report that the card account is closed. When I asked them to fix it they always said its not them but the credit agency fault for reporting wrong information. I contact the credit agency and file a dispute with them. Long story short every month on my credit report the credit card I'm using daily and making on time payments with is reflecting closed. Which is not helping my credit score. Well, here what brought me to closing my account on 6/1/2016, my credit was declined. I thought it was a normal security hold place on my card and called Applied bank to get it removed. The customer service agent to me they just cancelled my card and will be sending me a new one. No one called or even allowed me to verify the activity on the card. Just closed it, I only found out cause I called them. The agent then asks me why am I in Dallas; "is it for work, vacation or have I move?
I didn't understand why I had to give a reason why I was out of town and not home. The manager gets on the phone not to say sorry this happened but tell me I should keep my card with them and just be charged a monthly maintenance fee.
As I'm writing this review I just got a follow-up call from Applied Bank, asking if I am sure I want to still close my account. Not once has anyone explained to my why they re-issused my card. I had to do my research and found out Visa and MasterCard was hacked and user accounts were taken/

This company has NOT tried to help with this situation at all! In fact I did speak to someone at this business and I have faxed paperwork in and I just received a letter from them that they have not received it! They say that all the time as they did prior and I had faxed paperwork on 3 different occasions! It is [redacted] and I will not allow them to ruin my credit by placing a business account on me as I do not have a business!! I have filed a police report locally which I also informed them of
