Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This does not meet my expectations because according to the FCRA Act, Section 609, they have to remove the account from the credit bureaus because they do not have a signed contract with my signature on it.  What they sent me does NOT have my signature on it anywhere and it needs to be removed.  I do not want to communicate with them outside of this forum.  They are trying to get me to contact them to bully me into playing their games and it is not something I plan on doing.  Remove the account from the 3 credit bureaus please.

September 12, 2014  I am writing in regards to the September 9, 2014 follow-up inquiry concerning [redacted]
On September 8, 2014 the Bank mailed a letter to [redacted] addressing his concerns. However, on September 9, [redacted] indicated to the Revdex.com that the matter was not resolved since he had not received any contact from the Bank except for a bill. The Bank did attempt to contact [redacted] via email and left voicemail messages on September 2. No response has been received as of yet. If [redacted] still has concerns after reviewing the Bank’s September 8 response, we will address his concerns at that time.
Please contact me Toll-free at [redacted] extensio[redacted] between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, should you have any further questions regarding this matter.

Problem:
I filed a complaint in March about the poor customer service. The complaint with the Revdex.com was #[redacted]. I was contacted by someone from the company and was told that I would be receiving a refund and should expect it in 5-10 business days. That was over a month ago, and I have yet to receive the check for the money they claimed they were going to be refunding me.

BUT MY CARD ALREADY HAD THE CHIP I DID NOT NEED A NEW ONE AND I DID NOT REQUEST A NEW ONE. There was no reason for Applied Bank to send me a new card. My $30.00 charge has been refunded. So everything is fine.
