This complaint is that the ordered headphone(worth $329, order#***) never arrived at my homeI placed this order on Oct 2ndThe confirmation email claimed it would be shiped on 10/5, but I got no update until I emailed them on Oct 12thOn Oct 12th, their email claimed that it would be delivered on Oct.14thOn the morning of Oct 13th, I was surprised to find out that Fedex updated this expensive headphone as delivered without signature requiredHowever, I didn't see that shipment after coming home from workI immediately called Fedex and reported the lost package, and checked with neighboursHowever, it's no where to be foundThen I called and emailed Buydig, and they started an investigation on Oct 14thNow more than one week has passed, and they still didn't reship the item or issue a refund

Ordered a set of headphones which where to 30% cheaper than buydig.com peersThese headphones were sold as newHowever, when I received them, they were absolutely returned as opened or usedI submitted a review to their site and they chose to not post it

HORRIBLE SITE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! they advertised a Google Wifi for a black friday price, then canceled orders! No explanation and all they offered was a measly $off coupon DON'T order from this site, you'll just be disappointed!

Bought an item from buy dig on 11/25/Was told that the item will be delivered in daysI have been calling their customer service regarding the status of the product delivery almost every week for the past weeksFor the first weeks I was told that they are expecting a shipment of the product in their warehouse shortly and will ship it to me asapFor the past weeks the customer service told me that they will investigate and call me backBut I never received a single call from themI called again today (01/04/2017) and they told me they have shipped the product but it has been lost in the transit, which is a complete LIE because fedex tracking never showed me that it left their warehouseFinally, they are telling me to cancel the order because they don't have the product anymoreHowever, they still continue to advertise the product on their siteHORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

It is about flase advertisement for Buydig.com selling business in *** I had ordered a Laptop computer because of the advertisement of the seller post in ***.Item is Asus Transformaer TP200SA-UHBF laptop.I received a different but very similar model T200S The laptop should have GB Ram and GB hard drive, instead item received only have GB Ram and GB hard drive I contact times and call their customer service times finally they offer either return item and get a full refund or if I agree they will refund $USD and I can keep the laptop I sellect the refund and keep the laptop offer The deal accepted on 8/20/I request for confirmation of email notice Till today 8/23/received no notisce yet Call them again no respond Email them, return email said look into it on 8/22/ That's why I decided to file a comlaint

I purchased a Samsung 40" TV I received it within days It was super easy to install My husband is out of town and I am not technically inclined but I was able to put it together and set it up in minutes Love the picture I am very pleased

On March I placed an order on ebay for a turntableThe next day I received a voice mail stating that you needed a physical street address for deliveryI couldn't make out the phone number due to bad service so I went on ebay and sent a message with the correct address(I'm not sure why the order was allowed to be placed with a POBox if it has to have a physical address to ship.) The day after that I got an email stating the order had been cancelled due to incorrect delivery addressI looked up and found the phone number for customer service and calledI spoke with a very rude man named Greg who stated basically that ebay doesn't update and they never got my message with the corrected address and it was too late to place the order but my money would be returned within the hour and I could reorderIt didn't happen that way at allI waited days (with a few phone calls to buydig who kept telling me it will go in today) and my money was finally returnedSo I went ahead and placed the order again on ebay on Sunday the 19thWell, so far, days later, that order is just sitting without being shipped! The problem I'm having is that this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son whose birthday is TOMORROW! It was the first time I used Buydig and has to say I am not happy the way they dealt with my situationOrder cancellation is not a big deal and happens all the time with all merchants, but in this case, it was very unusualI made a purchase of about $for a luggage set which seemed like a good deal, and my credit card was charged immediatelyThe credit card balance also went to posted (within a day or two), that means they kept my money for days, only to tell me at the end that the order was canceled when it was supposed to be deliveredIs this how they do business? I was waiting for those items for my trip the following weekAlso they informed me, the credit card refund will take another business day to show up!
I shop online all the timeAlmost all vendors such as Amazon do not charge your card until they ship, or at least keep it in pending state, and never had an order canceled after charging the credit cardLater I found out on a public forum that they did the same thing to other shoppers tooI just realized, if they do this to customers for about $on average by offering too good deals, they get to keep about $million dollars free for daysAre they scamming?
