I ordered a camera bundle from buy dig on Sun Novvia *** The customer service is non-existent I contacted them several times by email through *** - they send an automatic respond to call them directly I call them directly - I remain on hold for a long time and then the phone cuts off
They partially shipped the order (printer only) and marked the entire order as completed on *** This is a deceptive practice
I did get one reply once They told me they shipped the order last monday, no tracking given, and it has already been a week I sent another message last week telling them I would file a complaint with Revdex.com if I don't get a response with an update...no response So here we are

First of all, advertisementClaimed on website If I buy on 03/08/and choose one day shipping, I would be able to receive my order on or before 03/10/So I ordered *** h.Ear on Wireless Noise Canceling Bluetooth Headphones - Charcoal BlackThis ideal scenario never happenedThen, comes the customer service issueBecause I did not receive any shipping confirmation on 03/09/I called to ask what was the situationThe first customer service woman admitted that the headphone had not been shipped yet and would not arrive on timeSo I asked for a cancellationShe agreed and told me it was cancelledI requested a confirmation, and never received oneAs a result, I called again later and asked for a confirmation emailAs usual, the customer service woman promised she would send me one, but I never receive a emailSo eventually, I wrote a email to ask for whyThey admitted the cancellation failed and asked me to rejected package to get refundI need to work,

$monitor developed flickering issues within days of receiptI want to exchange for a new unit or receive a full refund, but Buydig is trying to charge me a 20% restocking fee because I do not have the original box
Buydig's own defective item policy states nothing about a 20% restocking fee, or about missing packaging on defective items: ***

On March I placed an order on ebay for a turntableThe next day I received a voice mail stating that you needed a physical street address for deliveryI couldn't make out the phone number due to bad service so I went on ebay and sent a message with the correct address(I'm not sure why the order was allowed to be placed with a POBox if it has to have a physical address to ship.) The day after that I got an email stating the order had been cancelled due to incorrect delivery addressI looked up and found the phone number for customer service and calledI spoke with a very rude man named Greg who stated basically that ebay doesn't update and they never got my message with the corrected address and it was too late to place the order but my money would be returned within the hour and I could reorderIt didn't happen that way at allI waited days (with a few phone calls to buydig who kept telling me it will go in today) and my money was finally returnedSo I went ahead and placed the order again on ebay on Sunday the 19thWell, so far, days later, that order is just sitting without being shipped! The problem I'm having is that this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son whose birthday is TOMORROW! I have called at least times as well as sent many many emails to get some satisfaction with this but no one seems to care or is taking me seriouslyALL the responses I've received have been so rude and just giving me a runaroundI'm so very disappointed at this point and not sure what to doObviously this will not be here by tomorrow even though yesterday when I called I was assured that it was going out yesterday and would be here by FridayI've never had such frustration with a company in my entire lifeIt feels unfair and I feel I'm being singled out for some reason and definitely being lied toAt the very least it's not showing very good ethics and responsibility on their partI just want my son to have a gift on his birthdayLesson learned buydig...never, never again

Finally I have not received my tv
The evidence is two
There is no signature of the recipient

I ordered a record player cartridge and only received the stylus needle that goes in the phono cartridge that I ordered

I just ordered a luggage set from BUYDIG...from Deal of the Day Prior to ordering the luggage I looked at their Product Information and no where did they indicate that this luggage was deemed by California as containing chemicals that can cause cancer or birth defects This information is displayed so the buyer can make their own choice whether or not to buy it That choice was taken away from me by non disclosure BigDig will let me return the luggage but by the time I pay shipping it will not be worth sending it back I would not order from this company again as I would not feel confident in the information they provide on their products

I ordered a NIKON camera from this company and they sent me the wrong model
I sent back the wrong model and they confirmed receipt but never refunded me nor sent the right camera
From online research it appears they have done this to other people
They not only have the camera they sent but they have my money

It is about flase advertisement for Buydig.com selling business in *** I had ordered a Laptop computer because of the advertisement of the seller post in ***.Item is Asus Transformaer TP200SA-UHBF laptop.I received a different but very similar model T200S The laptop should have GB Ram and GB hard drive, instead item received only have GB Ram and GB hard drive I contact times and call their customer service times finally they offer either return item and get a full refund or if I agree they will refund $USD and I can keep the laptop I sellect the refund and keep the laptop offer The deal accepted on 8/20/I request for confirmation of email notice Till today 8/23/received no notisce yet Call them again no respond Email them, return email said look into it on 8/22/ That's why I decided to file a comlaint
