I do NOT give out my phone number so don't call pleaseI purchased a pair of hard drives from buydig.com about 3-30-They contacted my bank on 3-31-to get an authorization for the sale and RECIEVED it from *** *** *** with NO problemsThis authorization GUARANTEES them any amount of funds from my account at anytime they desire to remove itI can NOT use the funds as it is reserved for themI have patiently been waiting for two weeks and NOTHING has been delivered, no email has been sent to me explaining a delayI have called them or more times and get transferred to a voice mail never a person that can give me an answer to the problemI needed this a long time ago and am losing money everyday its not hereIf they cant deliver I need them to remove the authorization and free up the funds so I can get this somewhere elseJust to be clear the funds are sill lin my bank account, but I cant use them as they are already authorized to be wired to Buydig.com at anytime

On March 12, I purchased an item from buydig.com via ***Order number ***; item number *** On March the order was canceled based on the claim of a pricing error and a refund was issuedThe price on this item was the same on several other websites at the time of purchaseI have contacted the business but they are not interested in offering any resolutionI find this to be advertising, and only want the retailer to honor the order that was paid on March

I called to inquire about a product purchaseBecause I did not see many reviews about this business, I inquired what would happen if I was not satisfied with my purchaseI was informed that I would have days to return product if not fully satisfiedBecause the product was damaged when I opened the package, I wanted to return the productHowever, the product packaging was not opened immediately (approxdays later, when the contractor hired to mount the 70" TV we purchased was available), the company said that even though it was within days, it was too late to return because it was damagedThey said that somewhere in their fine print, I was required to open and inspect the package within hours of receiving itNow I am stuck with a broken television that I spent well over $1,forThey will not accept the return nor send me a new TVThey will not refund my money eitherThis feels like a complete SCAM

Buy Dig just "cancelled" my order, no explanationTook them several to even respond spite using Google checkoutThey also used my first user discount coupon which I can't seem to get back nowI do not recommend

I ordered a camera bundle from buy dig on Sun Novvia *** The customer service is non-existent I contacted them several times by email through *** - they send an automatic respond to call them directly I call them directly - I remain on hold for a long time and then the phone cuts off
They partially shipped the order (printer only) and marked the entire order as completed on *** This is a deceptive practice
I did get one reply once They told me they shipped the order last monday, no tracking given, and it has already been a week I sent another message last week telling them I would file a complaint with Revdex.com if I don't get a response with an update...no response So here we are

I purchased a Samsung 40" TV I received it within days It was super easy to install My husband is out of town and I am not technically inclined but I was able to put it together and set it up in minutes Love the picture I am very pleased

I had called this business times, and emailed over a dozen timesThey would say they could not locate the order, then followed by the order was found, and the $rewards card will be shipped out "soon"This went on for months nowThe most recent contact I was told the $would be refunded "soon", and I emailed back when will it be doneThey now told me the order could not be located in their systemI have the *** transaction ID showing this order did exist, and the *** account that used to purchase this item from their *** listing

I order a *** * Drone on 5/7/They gave me a *** tracking numberIt said Delivered on 5/11/I never got the DeliveryBuydig said they would contact ***So they got back with me and said *** said that it was delivered so they could not help me anymoreI still to this day 6/18/have not gotten my packageI do not know if it was stolen or whatI though a company was responsible for a package being delivered to the correct personSo now I am stuck paying over six hundred dollars for something I do not haveThis company has very poor customer service and very poor communicationBuyer beware stick with a reputable online store with great customer service like ***Lessen learnedDo not be cheap
