I just ordered a luggage set from BUYDIG...from Deal of the Day Prior to ordering the luggage I looked at their Product Information and no where did they indicate that this luggage was deemed by California as containing chemicals that can cause cancer or birth defects This information is displayed so the buyer can make their own choice whether or not to buy it That choice was taken away from me by non disclosure BigDig will let me return the luggage but by the time I pay shipping it will not be worth sending it back I would not order from this company again as I would not feel confident in the information they provide on their products

I called to inquire about a product purchaseBecause I did not see many reviews about this business, I inquired what would happen if I was not satisfied with my purchaseI was informed that I would have days to return product if not fully satisfiedBecause the product was damaged when I opened the package, I wanted to return the productHowever, the product packaging was not opened immediately (approxdays later, when the contractor hired to mount the 70" TV we purchased was available), the company said that even though it was within days, it was too late to return because it was damagedThey said that somewhere in their fine print, I was required to open and inspect the package within hours of receiving itNow I am stuck with a broken television that I spent well over $1,forThey will not accept the return nor send me a new TVThey will not refund my money eitherThis feels like a complete SCAM

I ordered a Wacom Intuos Drawing Tablet from BuyDig on ***The listing stated shipping would be within one business dayNearly days later, I receive an email stating the item had been "oversold" and that I would not be sent the itemI replied to BuyDig asking for them to cancel my order and for them to refund my money
Since then, I have not had my money refundedInstead, I've had endless rude replies on eBay including outright lies like telling me my order has been canceled (it has not according to eBay) and telling me "You will receive it, once available." even though the person knew they were out of stock
My credit card has been charged and they are refusing to refund meThey have stolen my moneyI want my order canceled on *** and my money refunded WITH INTEREST

Terrible customer serviceThey sent me a "brand new" monitor that was scratchedThey appear really nice and helpful on the phone but nothing they promise you ever goes throughI had to email back and forth and call multiple times to try and get anything to happenSpoiler, they never actually fixed my issueThe person I was emailing didn't even have a buydig.com branded email address which is super sketchy if you call the buydig phone number on the invoiceThe invoice wasn't even correctly addressed to me which tells me how organized they are inside their warehouses or company
The supervisor that was finally escalated to when I wanted my money back basically told me to kick rocks and deal with itI hope they got charged by the online marketplace I bought my item from who was the one who finally was able to help me out
Don't buy from buydig, they are not good at their job

I bought an item from Buy.Dig back in AprilThe item was never delivered to me, some issue with there being an empty boxI was then sent an email saying I would be receiving a full refund for the missing itemI never received this refund

Woke up to a negative bank balance and checked my email and bank statements as to why and had a $charge from a company I have never heard ofGoogled the company that was on my statement and called my bank immediatelyObviously canceled my card and blocked any future pending in case there wasCalled this company afterward and spoke to one person who couldn't help and was transferred to billingThe lady from billing answered asked for my order number, I then told her I don't have one because I never placed the order and she then asked for my number and I once again said "I haven't ordered anything so I don't have any order numbers and my phone number won't show up" so she said "I just want to see in case" so I gave it to her and she said "Oh okay there's nothing with that phone number" you don't say! So I again tell this lady how this order or charge can be cancelled because it's unauthorized and fraudulent and I don't want my money stolenShe can't do anything so she asks for my credit card number and that she will give it to the credit card department and I ask "Can I just get transferred there and I'll talk to them?" She said "No, they don't have a lineThey only charge cards" I thought this is shady as hell and I end up getting a curt and letting her go before I got ugly with her and to do more researchSince I've emailed and put those pictures here as wellI'm still waiting for an answer but I will be calling once again and recording it so other people can avoid thisThey don't care how they get their money and refuse to help or do an investigation as I can tellThankfully my bank is helping and I will be updating this as I go alongVery disappointed and frustrated on this very shady businessI will stop at nothing until my money is back and they change practices
