I buy one Camera from the buydig.com, but I don't get it and the the buydig.com refuse to compensate to me

I had bought a Canon EOS Rebel T18MP DSLR Camera from the buydig.com at 2017/1/It includes two packagesAt 2017/1/14, the worker of the Fedex knocked at my door, and only one package had been delivered, but at that time, he told me he had sent two packages to my apartmentI reported this informanction to the buydig.com
