Aqua Finance Reviews (%countItem)

We had a shower put in by S.I.R. and we signed the completion form 01/23. We got a bill and paperwork informing us of our payment amount of 134.01 and then we were also informed that they signed us up at ***, which we were not even asked about. At the time I got the paperwork I made our first payment Feb 5th, When we got our normal bill in Feb our balance went from 10622. up to 10702.29 and did not even show the payment I had made. I asked them why after only 19 days we were charged 80.00 interest, when I asked them about this they said we were charged from the day we signed the release, and then they said it was only about 2.00 a day and it was in the contract, which I told her we never got, so I had no knowledge of this. When I got my next bill it said the payment posted 02/14, when in fact it was at my bank by 02-11. On my next bill it showed my balance as 10639.07 which would make my principal payment as 63.22 and interest as 71.78. Something is terribly wrong. This is a 10 year loan why is the interest so high, higher than the principal. I am not at all happy with this company nor with the fact that they signed us up with a credit union that we had no knowledge of and did not approve, or even know nothing about as we had no contract in our possession

Aqua Finance is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mrs.. We take these and all complaints very seriously and have investigated her concerns. We offer our findings below. We hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter.

Mr. and Mrs. obtained financing for a bathroom remodel with SIR Home Improvement through Aqua Finance, Inc. on 12/7/2018. The work was completed according to the attached completion certificate on 1/24/2019. Interest begins accruing from the date the work is completed with the first payment due 30 days from the completion of the project.

With respect to the membership with ***. I have attached and highlighted the language regarding a membership with ***. This is done at no cost to the customer and Aqua Finance, Inc. deposits $5.00 in to a savings account on their behalf. They are not obligated to do anything further. On 2/4/2019, Mrs. called our office inquiring about the membership. A representative explained to her that she would incur no fees because of this. She indicated she understood and ended the call. The first payment on the loan was received on 2/14/2019. At that time $80.61 went towards principal and $54.39 went towards interest. If Mrs. is concerned about the time the payment takes to be applied to her loan from her bank to Aqua Finance, Inc. we encourage her to enroll in our autopay program through our website or she can call our office.

For her convenience, I have attached all the loan documents signed by Mr. and Mrs.. We are unable to refund her any interest paid as that is what accrued on her loan in accordance with the terms of the contract. If she has any further questions, she is welcome to contact our office at ***. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[As far as I can see there is no attempt to resolve this complaint. Please add up the statements I have sent and you tell me what is happening. There bal and my balance does not add up the same. All I want is for them to remove that extra interest charged from 01/23 - 02/14.

DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. BOUGHT A WATER SOFTENER (VIA COSTCO), THE SALES GAVE ME INTEREST RATE 4.9% TO FINANCE. AFTER 1.5 YEAR LATER I NOTICED MY INTEREST RATE WAS INCREASED TO 13.99%. I CALLED AQUA FINANCE AND THEY SAID IT WAS IN MY CONTRACT 4.9% AS PROMOTIONAL RATE FOR 1ST YEAR. THIS IS SO SHADY BECAUSE YOUR SALES NEVER MENTIONED IT. DOOOOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOT USSSSSSSSEEEEEEEE THHHIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

When I purchase the water softener and Aqua Clean systems , I choose the No interest no payment 6 month option. I received a bill requiring a payment. I contacted my sales person and he told me he submitted the paper work wrong and I was to resign the paper work and it was sent to be electronically. Which I did on 2/21/2019. I am now am receiving calls from their collection dept stating I am passed due. I have the paper work to prove the option for the 6 month no interest no payment. I cannot get any satisfaction. I was also told today that it will have to be reviewed and I may not get the 6 months no payment no interest. They may not be able to correct this. I think this is a way for them to charge fees. I see from other complaints that is fairly common. Perhaps a class action should be filed against them.

Aqua Finance, Inc. is in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. W. We take these and all complaints seriously and apologize for any confusion caused. We have investigated her complaint and offer these findings. On February 20, 2019 Ms. W called our office to advise us that she was supposed to have no payments due for 6 months. We indicated that our records did not reflect that. She stated she would contact the dealership who sold her the water system. On March 15th a call was placed to Mrs. W regarding her first payment due. She returned our call on March 21, 2019 and stated that the contract was incorrect and was redone. On March 22, 2019 we spoke with a representative at the dealership who indicated that this matter was resolved and they had spoken with Ms. W to correct and would send new paperwork. On March 25, 2019 a payment was received in the amount of $5,182.34 to pay her loan off. It is now closed and has a zero balance. We apologize for the confusion caused between Aqua Finance and the dealership who sold her the water system. We hope this response clarifies the situation and brings closure to this matter. If Mrs. W has any further questions, she may contact our office at ***. Thank you.

This company operates in a very shady, underhanded fashion. We were sold a water filtration system without us really knowing. The guy just started gathering our information, and when he asked us for our SSN we asked why, he said it was just to very our identities. He kept pushing and pushing. Then they claimed that their cleaning products were free of charge for their customers but now we’re being told that we’ll have to pay like $300 in S&H, but the products themselves are free. This is not what we were told by the reps. When we have tried to cancel during the alleged grace period, we were told we could no longer do that. DO NOT do business with this company, they are very dishonest and unethical. I wish we would have known better before.

Good afternoon, I contacted Aqua Finance Inc FBO Connexus Credit Union and spoke with Michelle and I was transferred and the young representative name sound like Amber but I could be mistaken due to her rapid speech. I was trying to pay off the balance yet she stated that I could not pay off my balance with a Credit Card. The balance today was $3,975.06 and all I was trying to do was pay off my balance. At 4:18 pm I had my wife speak to the representative as well and my wife told the lady to please send the letter in black and white stating that we can't pay the balance off. She kept stating we couldn't pay off the balance and hung up after my wife said have a good day!

Aqua Finance is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. P. We have reviewed his concerns and investigated this matter. We take these complaints seriously and offer our findings below. We hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter.

On March 14, 2019 Mr. P called our office and asked for the pay-off on his loan. We provided him with this amount. He then asked if he could pay his loan off using a credit card. We advised him it is our company policy to not accept credit cards as a form of payment to pay a loan off in full. We sincerely apologize, but we due to costs associated with this and we do not pass those costs on to our customers, we cannot take credit cards to pay a loan in full. This is fairly common in our industry. If Mr. P wishes to have his credit card company cut us a check for the pay-off amount, he is welcome to do that. We also take payments via checking/savings accounts to pay in full. Again, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Mr. P. If he wishes to discuss further he is welcome to contact our office at ***. Thank you.

We set up auto payments for this company. They continue to send us bills and late notices and are ruining our credit with deceiving practices, won't return our calls or emails, we've set up and confirmed auto payments multiple times and they still are practicing deceiving late fees and are impossible to reach with sketchy customer service reps that are incompetent. This is the fourth time we've confirmed and set up auto payments and actually spoke to a person after calling innumerable times with messages not answered.

Aqua Finance, Inc. is in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms.. We take these and all complaints very seriously and have conducted a full investigation. We offer the following findings below. We hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter.

Ms. signed a contract on September 20, 2019 for a water treatment system through ***. Her first payment was due October 22, 2018. Payment was received on October 16, 2018 in the amount of $80.00. On November 16, 2018 payment was received in the amount of $80.00 to cover the November 22nd payment. On January 9, 2019 a call was placed to Ms. regarding the outstanding payment due on December 22, 2018. At that time she provided a credit/debit card to make her payment in the amount of $90.00 and we set up autopay for her to be withdrawn on the 22nd of each month starting in February. On February 12, Ms. called our office to confirm ACH was set up. It was, but she set up an additional payment of $80.00 that day. The autopay was then drafted on February 22, 2019 and will drafted on the 22nd of each month thereafter. No negative information has been reported to the credit bureaus. If Ms. has information or evidence to support any adverse marks on her credit by Aqua Finance, we would ask that she provide them to us so we can investigate further. Her account is currently in good standings and is enrolled in our auto pay program. We value Ms. as a customer and hope we have resolved this matter to her satisfaction. If she has any further questions, she is welcome to contact our office at ***. Thank you.

After making all payments on time, in September, I made payment, received confirmation number, etc. as usual. Several days later, I was contacted by finance company claiming to have NOT made monthly payment. That month was paid with a prepaid credit card that was purchased solely for this bill and only contained necessary funds for that bill. I no longer have this card, and it is still unknown to me how the money could've "gone through," yet not successfully reach the payment department. However, for the sake of my credit and after months of disputing, I decided to make future payments with a bank account appearing the money to be traced more easily. I contacted the company and after discussing options, it was agreed upon that if they took the October payment and moved it to end of payments, I would catch up nov. And dec. Having then been caught up and would make payments as usual. This compromise would've resulted in them being paid (again) and I would not have late fees piling up. I caught up, and resumed regular payments without incident through dec., Jan. And feb. In beginning of March, I was contacted saying that I again had not made payment and was treated with shockingly rude accusations and outright disrespected and chastised. I immediately contacted woman I made agreement with and apparently it was never put b in computer and they are charging me undeserving late fees denying the initial agreement reguardless of the fact that the calls are recorded causing me to believe they are aware that they are wrong. My wife convinced me to do business with this company and I assure you, she's never been more apologetic to me by or felt more scammed than we feel from this company.

Aqua Finance, Inc. is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr.. We have investigated his claims and offer our findings below. We hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter.

On 8/31/2018 Mrs. called our office at 1:49 pm central time and made a payment using a card in the amount of $105.00. When the payment was processed at 3:21 pm, it was returned as declined. We are not given a reason why it is declined. At 3:48 pm, we attempted to reach Mr. to advise him that the payment was returned and left a message to return our call. On September 5, 2018 a notice was mailed to Mr. within his billing statement that his payment was missed and was currently outstanding. Attempts were also made to contact Mr. regarding the outstanding payment owed. On October 3, 2018 we spoke to Mr. and we advised him he owed for 2 payments in the amount of $215.00 because the payment made on 8/31/2018 was declined. He indicated that he could not make two payments at this time and made a payment in the amount of $105.00. Later that date at 5:19 pm, Ms. called our office to make an additional payment in the amount of $107.00. The following day, Mrs. called in to ensure payment had cleared. We advised her that the payment for $105.00 had posted yesterday, but the payment for $107.00 had not gone through yet as it was taken late in the day. The same afternoon on 10/4/2018, we received notification that the payment in the amount of $107.00 was returned as declined. We called Mr. and advised him of this and he stated he would check in to it and call us back. On 12/31/2018, we spoke with Mr. and he indicated he had evidence to support that both payments cleared in October. We asked him to supply us with documentation which was not received. He made two payments that day which covered his October and November 2018 payments. On 1/11/2019 he made a payment that was applied to the December 2018 bill, payment made on 2/11/2019 was applied to the January 2019 bill. Payment was then made on 3/20/2019 that covered the February and March 2019 bills. For Mr.’ convenience I have included a breakdown of payments made and posted to his account. We sincerely apologize that our customer service was not up to the level of expectation that Mr. deserves. We value him as a customer and look forward to serving him in the future. If he has any further questions or needs clarification on this matter, we welcome him to contact our office at ***. Thank you.

Aqua Finance, Inc.

This is the worst company ever!!! I just found out about the Lien that is put on your house for water. I was also never told about a credit check. I called in today, customer service at its worst. They don’t listen and made it like I can’t have an issue, versus listening and trying to rectify the issue. As a customer I should be able to call in with an issue. They reported wrong to the credit bureau and reported I was late and I had to wait two months and had to make a double payment because the representative didn’t submit payment. I can’t do business with people who don’t care about their customers. I’ll never refer anybody and they don’t deserve to be in business. I wish I could rate 0 stars

Paid off loan that was 6 month no interest loan and 2 months later they called and said that I had a late payment and owed them $35.

Aqua Finance, Inc. is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr.. We empathize with his frustrations and hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter. Mr. signed a contract for a water treatment system through L & L Systems, Inc. on May 4, 2018. He was offered a promotion of 6 Months, No Interest, No Payment during the deferral period and signed the attached Promotional Credit Plan Addendum. As indicated on the Addendum, if the balance is not paid in full in 6 months, interest will be imposed 6 months after the date of purchase at a rate of 8.9% as disclosed on the revolving credit agreement. Mr. promotion ended on November 24, 2018. Payment was received in the amount of $8,577.90 on December 10, 2018 - 16 days after his promotion had ended I have attached the November billing statement which Mr. received electronically that shows the promotional end date of November 24, 2018. Unfortunately because this was not paid off in accordance with the terms of the promotion - he incurred interest charges which were ultimately paid in the amount of $34.29 and a late fee of $10.00 was assessed. There is currently an outstanding balance of $9.95 on Mr. account. As a courtesy and to bring closure to this matter I will have this balance waived and his account closed. If he has any questions, he may contact our office at ***. Thank you.

If I could give less than one Star I would. This company was nothing but pushy salesman who COMPLETELY LIED to get into our home in regard as to why they were even in our neighborhood. They claimed the local government was to have all local homes checked for water quality and that "our home was in a hazardous health zone". It was a total lie as to this fraud coerce himself into our home and lie about why he was in our neighborhood. After dealing with this less than desired salesman who promised multiple benefits to installing the water system, we received absolutely NONE of the perks he and his so-called boss promised us "A year supply of varying cleaning supplies, a free filtration replacement for both our outdoor and "under the sink" treatment equipment". I have tried contacting the company and they refused to respond until I mentioned reporting them to the "Revdex.com" and they still have not rectified any of the problems we have had. This company is a complete joke and should be shut down and receive all penalties from the Revdex.com that are available. It is atrocious that a company like this should be allowed to use scare tactics and intimidation to influence people to accept their services through deception.

Aqua Finance Inc had a 12 month interest free promotion that expired on January 18, 2019. I was out of the country from January 7 until February 7, 2019. While in Guyana, I tried to log onto the website and pay the balance of the account on or around January 10. I was unable to access the website in Guyana. My first day home, on February 8, I called to pay the account in full and explained the situation. They proceeded to charge me over $1000 in interest for not being able to access their website from a foreign nation. They tried to shift cause to my wife, who is on the account, and asked why she didn’t pay. The mail does not have her name on it, and she does not open my mail. This is not the first issue I have had with them. I had automatic payments set up on my credit card, and they changed their accounting ways. This caused the credit card company to view it as a cash advance.

Aqua Finance Response • Feb 22, 2019

Aqua Finance, Inc. is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr.. We have investigated his complaint and offer the following findings. We hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter.

Mr. is correct that his interest free promotion ended on 1/18/2019. Prior to the promotion ending and each month since obtaining financing through Aqua Finance, Inc. he received a billing statement that displayed the promotional end date. He received 11 billing statements prior to the end date displaying this language. We certainly empathize with his situation and as a result when he contacted our office regarding the interest charges that had accrued, we offered to waive $250.00 of interest that had accrued.

With respect to the statement regarding his credit. On November 27, 2018 Mr. contacted our office to state that he received a cash advance fee from his credit card company for the October and November payments. We apologized for the error, refunded the payments back to his card and he voluntarily gave us a different card to process his payments. We apologize that our customer service did not meet his expectations. We would like to thank him for being a customer and if he has any questions he is welcome to contact our office at 1-800-234-3663. Thank you.

This company likes to play games when you try and pay off your account. First of all they refused to let me use my valid credit card, which has plenty of credit limit to cover the amount to pay off the balance. Their only reason given is, "It's our policy". I wanted to use my card as it has a much lower interest rate then these crooks were charging. The when I tried to use my checking accounts information they wanted to charge me a $5.00 service fee. A service fee to make a payment?? WTF? This company is a complete rip off. I will never use them again and I advise anyone else to steer clear of them. Also they will open a account in your name and without your permission with their credit union. They need to be investigated!

Had I known that the home improvement company used Aqua Finance, I would have chosen another company to work with. The sales person thought it was better to "pad" my income on the application to obtain a larger credit limit. Aqua Finance doesn't verify income; if they had, they would have known the income was incorrect. After that purchase, you receive numerous calls to have other things done to your home. Thinking they had my best interest at heart, I decided to have new doors installed.
Aqua Finance approved the purchase....even though it was $6000 over my credit limit! WHAT!! AND YOU APPROVED IT!! I couldn't ask them to remove the doors and sliding glass door, so I had to roll with it.
I fell into some financial difficulty several months later and went through a debt settlement agency to help since I was not at my new job long enough to obtain a debt consolidation loan. The agency (who I found out later were NOTORIOUS liars) said Aqua Finance put a lien on my home since I was 5 month behind. I IMMEDIATELY called Aqua Finance to make payment arrangement to catch up but they wanted the full payment upfront in one lump sum! They were not willing to help.
The only thing I could do was try to play catch up in one month by making a $600 payment and borrow another $200. When those payments were made, I called to see how I could make the remaining $500 payment without accruing a late fee. I was told by a customer service rep at Aqua Finance that, basically, it doesn't matter how much I pay, I will be hit with a $10 monthly late fee plus $256 regular monthly payment plus almost $300 monthly interest rate (the rate went from 7.9% to 29.99%). I then asked if I made the remaining $500 payment could they lower the interest rate. The rep said there was nothing that could be done...until June. June, it seems, is the time when Aqua Finance reviews accounts to determine if account interest rates go up or down and even that is not guaranteed.
As you can see, I am financially stuck making $600 a month payments on a $13,000 credit limit but have $19,000 worth of payments to make since they went over my credit limit by $6000.
In my opinion, this cant be legal nor legit. I wish there was a way to start a class action lawsuit against Aqua Finance. How could you not check a person's income (a V.O.I. is pretty easy to obtain), approve purchases past a person's credit limit and want late payments back in one lump sum without wanting to work with someone who is having financial difficulty? I feel sorry for any government employee who has anything financed through Aqua Finance. They will not work with you. They will, however, leave numerous voice mail messages asking for their money without asking what has occurred in your financial situation.

I purchased a water filtration system from Culligan and took advantage of a 0% financing offer. Aqua Finance apparently handles the financing for Culligan and never provided a contract to me. Then they sold my loan to a credit union without my knowledge or consent and were audacious enough to open an account in my name in order that my newly sold loan could be accommodated. This had an immediate and significant impact to my credit score.

Aqua Finance Response • Feb 08, 2019

Aqua Finance, Inc. is in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr. Baum. We empathize with his frustrations and hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to the matter. Mr. Baum obtained financing for a Culligan Water Treatment system. Culligan assigned his loan to Aqua Finance, Inc. who then sold the loan to Connexus Credit Union. By signing the Revolving Credit Agreement, Mr. Baum agreed to a membership with Connexus Credit Union which would have no bearing on his credit report as a savings account was opened on his behalf with $5.00 deposited in it courtesy of Aqua Finance. For his convenience I have attached the loan documents. If Mr. Baum has any further questions, he may contact our office at 1-800-234-3663. Thank you.

Somehow my address got marked "needs verification" which in turn, disabled me receiving statements. Also, when I would go online to pay my bill it showed "Paid", and when I tried to pay it, it would give me a warning saying "you've already paid this, do you want to continue?". I finally called them and was told they tried to contact me to verify my address... I never received any calls or emails regarding this issue. Keep in mind, I have received statements from them before and the address they had on file was correct. Nonetheless, I was 1 day away from it being reported to the credit bureau, which would have sucked all due to their systems being flawed.

I contacted this company for a water softener to be installed at my house, on the same day they installed the water softener product which I told them I need to look into this product I was not in agreement to have the product installed after I spoke to one of their representatives I was told you got the best deal on the market I never used this product dut to the fact it cost so much to purchase the salt nor to have it serviced, this is false advertisement.

Aqua Finance is in receipt of the complaint file by *** We have reviewed her file and investigated her allegations. We offer the following findings below and hope this response provides clarity and brings closure to this matter.

On January 10, 2014, Ms. Elisma signed a Retail Installment Credit Agreement for a Water Treatment System that she purchased through Orlando Water in Orlando, Florida. I have attached the loan documents that she signed for reference. According to the loan documents and the Notice of Cancelation, she had until January 22, 2014 to cancel the transaction without penalty. Neither Aqua Finance nor Orlando Water received confirmation of the cancelation. Aqua Finance made numerous attempts to contact Ms. Elisma by leaving messages on her home phone from 2014 through December 2016 as no payments were made on the loan. Additionally, letters and billing statements were regularly sent to the address provided on the loan documents.

Aqua Finance was not present during the sale of the product as we are separate from Orlando Water. We cannot attest to what she was told during the sale but would be happy to reach out to Orlando Water if she would like to set up a conference call to resolve her concerns with the product. At this time, we believe Ms. Elisma entered in to this contract voluntarily and did not exercise her right to cancel within the legal time allowed. If she wishes to discuss further, she may contact our office at *** Thank you.

I have yet to receive a copy of contract for the water filtration system I was intimated into purchasing... I am a Hurricane Harvey survivor, and suffered from PTSD and the salesman pressured me.into this purchase.by saying the water was unsafe. I am 70 years old and use a walker and I consider ELDER ABUSE and they don't use good business practices. As far as know they could put a lien on my house without my knowledge since I don't have a copy of contract. I wish to get out of contract and the removal of equipment.

Aqua Finance is in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. . We have conducted an investigation and contacted American Smart Home as they sold her the water treatment system. We cannot attest to the sale that was conducted as we were not present, however we offer the following findings.
Attached you will find a copy of the executed Aqua Finance Loan Agreement for Janet Trombitas. We also have an executed Certificate of Completion signed after the install took place. Also, we do have two separate recorded verification calls on file that took place “pre and post” install from both Aqua Finance and American Smart Home, with Janet explicitly agreeing to all the terms outlined in the Agreement.

Additionally, I wanted to outline that American Smart Home provided additional discounts and concessions to Janet *** throughout the sales process:

• Reduced APR from standard 17.99% down to 8.9% (refer to Loan Docs)
• Reduced Monthly Payment Factor from 2.5% to 1.3% (refer to Loan Docs)
• 3 Months Deferred Payment (refer to Loan Docs)
• $600 Rebate Check (which was cashed already)

We believe Ms. entered in to this agreement voluntarily. If she has any questions or would like further clarification she may contact our office at 1-800-234-3663. Thank you.

The check cleared awell athe $457 was drafted out of my account. We called and got the $460 refunded and now I have a bill for $915 because it says I didn’t pay. We called and talked to a lady that was very unprofessional and saywe didn’t pay in September. My pool wasn’t even finished in September. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope thiresponse provideclarity and bringclosure to thimatter. Mr.’loan waset up to auto draft paymenton the first of each month effective 10/1/2018. On 9/28/2018 a payment wareceived through the mail for $460.00. On 10/1/2018 a payment wawithdrawn via ACH for $457.00. per the auto-draft agreement. On 10/1/2018 Mrs. contacted our office regarding the double payment withdrawn. We requested a bank statement confirming the payment cleared in accordance with our internal policies. We received the bank statement and the same day refunded the $460.00 back to the ***’bank account; effective 10/2/2018. Because the payment waposted and then reversed, it caused the billing cycle not to properly apply the payment. On 10/17/2018 we corrected thierror and properly applied the payment to the correct billing cycle. The billing statement showing 2 paymentdue wasent prior to the adjustment. The *** account ipresently in good standingand no outstanding paymentare owed. We will continue to draft the payment from their bank account on the 1st of each month unlesnotified to stop. Again, we apologize for thierror and regret the negative experience Mr. and Mrs. Finely had with our company, we strive to provide top notch customer service and will definitely use thisituation aa learning tool going forward. We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. for being valued customerand if they have any further questionor concerns, we encourage them to contact our office at *** Thank you.

AVP – Compliance

I have never heard of Aqua Finance before. They have placed a hard inquiry on my trans union report. I have never authorized this inquiry. I have been misled by a marketing and advertising company and they have never mentioned that they are going to inquire about my credit. I have called Aqua finance to ask them to remove that inquiry but they have been tricky and misleading the same as the scam company who made a hard inquiry on my report. I didn't get any kind of loan and service from aqua finance but still refused to remove the inquiry.
I have no idea who aqua finance is and never done business with them. For me, they are a scam company the same as all scam people living around us. Please be careful of Aqua finance. I am going to file a police report too and explain to them how I have been misled and deceived.
companies like Aqua finance should not be trusted. They don't? even deserve one star
