I received your concern from the BBB (Id# [redacted] ) regarding the delay in your shirt order from my company. I tried to call you at the [redacted] number but I understand you are at work and... I didn’t want to intrude by calling you on your cell phone. Hopefully I can help via e-mail. Please let me start off by apologizing for the experience you had with Aramark and especially in my Call Center. I was very concerned when I heard one of my representatives told you it would be 7 weeks for us to process your return. Our normal lead-time once we receive back a non- personalized item is approximately 7 business days. Do you happen to remember who you spoke to so we can re-educate the representative on lead-times? If not I will try and track down the call. The order you returned ( [redacted] ) was received in our warehouse on 2/21 and was shipped back out on 2/23 via [redacted] **, tracking number [redacted] According to [redacted] as of 7:43 am it was on a truck to be delivered today (see below tracking information). Please be advised that the claim involved coverage concerns, which required an additional investigation. Upon completion of the investigation and receipt of the Illinois Traffic Crash report, a settlement offer was forwarded to the Complainant for the value of her vehicle to conclude the matter.... Upon receipt of the guarantee of title from the Complainant’s Lien holder the payment will be issued. In addition, the Complainant was kept fully informed of the claim’s status throughout the claim process which was handled promptly and was completed within less than 30 days. Tell us why here...

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I reject American Freedom Insurance's finding as far as me being charged $for using my vehicle for work, as I have sworn in four separate recorded interviews given by them that I have not ever used my vehicle for work only to get me to and from work which can be verified by my employer [redacted] located in Hazel Crest, IL My client's use Pace transportation for all their travel needs, therefore their shouldn't be a charge for me using my vehicle for work Also when I purchased my vehicle I was not employed this was June of 2015, I didn't began working til December of Also the fact that I just received the check for repairs a week ago (5/6/2016) because the check was sent to my physical address instead of my PO Box which is what I have on file with Northwest Insurance Company Originally iI was told that it would take from to hour's for approval to be given to the repair shop to do the work , only it took approximately 10/weeks to get that approval, as a result of these delays I've spent over $1,in car rentals, of which I'm only going to be reimbursed $900.00, I'd like AFI to pay to me the difference of those car rentals in the amount of $900.00, since this was a result of the delay in giving consent for repairs to be done Sincerely, [redacted]

Our investigation disclosed that the loss vehicle was a rebuilt vehicle, which was misrepresented on the application of insurance and was not disclosed to the Company, as requiredTherefore, coverage cannot be afforded under the policy of insurance with this Company. I am rejecting this response because: I was never asked about sending those photos but I have email them to the insurance company as of 12/2/d.l registration and her front end damagethe insurer should be pentalize for this hold up as she would if she held up her payments but no problem collecting her insurance money but big problem paying for her faults.

As previously stated, once the vehicle was brought to the shop and torn down, substantial additional loss related damage was found and a supplemental estimate deemed the vehicle a total loss. The Complainant was notified to return the original payment and provide the Company with her finance company’s information in order for a letter of guarantee to be processed and total loss payment to be issued. However, on 12/22/the policyholder contacted the Company and asked to close the collision claim without paymentIn regard to the Complainant’s injury claim, this Company has yet to receive the completed *** form and the entire series of medical records and invoices All rights and defenses are reserved and none are waived or invalidated

This is a follow up regarding the above captioned complaintAs stated in our prior response, the Adjuster confirmed with the Complainant’s agent, *** ** *** ***, that the 11/18/accident was not disclosed, as required. Had the foregoing information not been misrepresented the Company would not have been accepted the risk, or would have charged a higher premium rate. Consequently, the Company exercised its option to declare the policy null and void based on policy conditionsAll rights and defenses are reserved and none are waived or invalidatedTell us why here

Please refer to our previous response which stated that the claim could not be honored and was properly denied due to the fact that the Complainant’s vehicle was stolen when it was left running with keys in the ignition while unattended, which is specifically excluded from the policy of insurance with this Company There is no coverage for the loss claimed by the Complainant with this Company

Upon completion of the investigation and receipt of the estimate of damages, a settlement offer was forwarded to the Complainant for the amount of the approved estimateIn regards to the lost photos of the vehicle, the Company was unaware of any need for the Complainant to return to the preferred

I am rejecting this response because: He obviously was covered due to the fact we have a claim number and they knew all the insured's information. They even called my house thinking they called the insured the day after the accident. He admitted fault to the insurance company, the police and to us. We were never told the claim was denied! All we have been told for 1/months is their insured needed to "fill out a paper". How is that my fault? I should not have to use my insurance, as once suggested by them, for an accident that was not my fault. I am not going to let this drop. I am now without my car due to someone elses negligence

Our investigation disclosed that the driver of the loss vehicle had a suspended driver’s license at the time of the lossDue to policy exclusions the claim was properly deniedContrary to the Complainant’s statement, the Company was not aware of the suspension of the driver’s license. In
addition, the supervisor had returned calls to the Complainant but was hung up on and when she called back the Complainant’s voicemail came on with no option to leave a messageThe complaint is without merit as the claim was properly denied, per the policy exclusions.All rights and defenses are reserved and none are waived or invalidated
