My insurance company did not compensate me for damages caused by their insured. I paid my deductible, however, it seems as though it's my fault your insured had issues with you and your company at my expense. If premiums were paid and they're still covered under a policy owned by your company with the accident being your insured fault. How are you not liable to repay my insurance company as well as myself. Police report filed, and how the heck would I know to get in contact with you? 8months for your company to deny a claim for failure of cooperation on your insured behalf? extremely fraudulent! Nor have I received anything in writing regarding this.

I am rejecting this response because: I reject American Freedom Insurance's finding as far as me being charged $350.00 for using my vehicle for work, as I have sworn in four separate recorded interviews given by them that I have not ever used my vehicle for work only to get me to and from work which can be verified by my employer [redacted] located in Hazel Crest, IL.  My client's use Pace transportation for all their travel needs, therefore their shouldn't be a charge for me using my vehicle for work.  Also when I purchased my vehicle I was not employed this was June of 2015, I didn't began working til December of 2015.  Also the fact that I just received the check for repairs a week ago (5/6/2016) because the check was sent to my physical address instead of my PO Box which is what I have on file with Northwest Insurance Company .  Originally iI was told that it would take from 24 to 48 hour's for approval to be given to the repair shop to do the work , only it took approximately 10/weeks to get that approval, as a result of these delays I've spent over $1,800.00 in car rentals, of which I'm only going to be reimbursed $900.00, I'd like AFI to pay to me the difference of those car rentals in the amount of $900.00, since this was a result of the delay in giving consent for repairs to be done.

Please let me start off by apologizing for the experience you had with Aramark and especially in my Call Center. I was very concerned when I heard one of my representatives told you it would be 7 weeks for us to process your return. Our normal lead-time once we receive back a non- personalized item is approximately 7 business days. Do you happen to remember who you spoke to so we can re-educate the representative on lead-times? If not I will try and track down the call. As stated in our prior response, upon completion of the claim’s investigation the repairs to the Complainant’s vehicle were authorized less applicable deductions, including premium owed due to the usage of the vehicle for what qualified as business/occupational purposes. This was not disclosed on the signed application of insurance and would have required a higher premium rate. The premium owed was calculated from December, which is when the Complainant started to use the vehicle to travel to multiple job locations. Please be advised that the Complainant was appropriately advised that her policy with American Freedom Insurance Company did not provide rental reimbursement coverage. However, in a good faith effort to resolve the matter and assist the Complainant an exception was made and a check for 10 days of basic rental was issued to the Complainant. Tell us why here...

I asked Vermillion Pest Elimination to inspect my crawl space because I had a termite scare. They called within 24 hours of my request and set up an appointment. They discussed my situation in a friendly and professional manner. I was told I had no termites and needed no work done on my crawl space except to replace my vents because they didn't seem to be closing properly. I may ask Vermillion to install new ones. Even though they did no major work this time, I would feel good about recommending them to a friend.
