I use Arbonne products and love themThe most important reasons why I use Arbonne is: They're plant basedCruelty FreeVeganI know I'm making a difference for this planet by using their productsPlus they do workI feel bad for the ones who had a negative experience with their up line, customer service or other consultantsThere are those who do not uphold the vision and beliefs of what Arbonne really stands forWhich is to provide products that are good for your body and the planetI've seen all of the chemicals that are used in everyday necessitiesWith all the pollution and chemicals that are found in everything right down to our foods, why on earth would anyone want to add more to that, by putting topical products onto their bodies? People of all ages are being diagnosed with cancers and unheard of diseasesI made the conscious decision to use products that are safeI trust Arbonne and know that it is safe for me and my familyAnd no, I'm not getting paid to say this by Arbonne or anyone affiliated with the companyYou can pay the same price or more for high end skin care lines at other companies, but you will see unsafe ingredients in themNo one should be exposed to chemicals that are negligently used in everyday productsYes, topical things put on our bodies are absorbed into our bloodstreams

Arbonne International is not transparent regarding their ingredients as their website claimsI questioned a harmful ingredient and this was the response:
“When inquiring about a product or ingredient, it is important to remember that Arbonne is a privately held companyWe do not share specific breakdowns or percentages of ingredients used to make up our proprietary formulas
By law, we conduct third party independent testing and this is required for doing business in Australia, Canada and the UKWe comply with these mandatesThese reports contain government-required information and the process and reports vary by countryThis is business conducted between our corporate office and the government; there is no business need to share it with our Independent Consultants and we do not train non-Arbonne employees on such processes
Testing results are always documented internallySome are shared with the public and some remain confidential.”

On September 18th, I purchased $in Arbonne merchandise from independent consultant, *** *** #*** I contacted BEST, representation within Arbonne and *** ***, stated that she contacted *** *** and that she "already handled this issue with me." "If this is not accurate, please be sure to let me know and we will follonce again!" I replied back to the email stating that the issue was not resolved, I have yet to hear back from her or any other BEST representation I resubmitted my complaint again on September 27th, I have still yet heard anything from "BEST." The issues that I had submitted to BEST was the fact that *** and ***e (Sept 23rd) could not find my order When they finally found my order it was under an *** *** and some was under my order *** *** order #***, my order #*** (my name is attached to that order, but not all the items of which I had ordered are under that invoice.) The reps seem to be Part time - hobby moms They do not take the experience professional Do not expect a call or email back should you have an issue I will no longer deal with them To many superior companies in product and customer service to waste my time and money with these people who take it as a hobby

I was a new customer to Arbonne and I have had an awful experience and now will go out of my way to make sure other people don't fall victim to this company.I purchased a bag of their protein powder
They charged me twice and sent a second bag as wellI didn't like the product so I wouldn't want to keep the second bagI promptly called that day and spoke to a representative named Erica on 6/7/at 5:pmShe was extremely rude and nasty throughout our conversation
She put me on hold for a very long time and returned to the line stating that I would be refunded and for my inconvenience I could keep the second bagAfter waiting a month for a refund I called back againI spoke to Vanessa, who was extremely pleasant and kindShe even called me the next day to update me
However, it wasn't good newsShe was told by her management that I would now have to return the bag THEY sent by mistake
So now, I have to wait a week for a shipping label, find time to go to UPS (for a mistake that wasn't mine) and wait another week after that for my refund.Between all this confusion I have probably spent over an hour on the phone, once again, for something that wasn't my mistake

Preferred solution: I would like an immediate refund and not have to wait for a shipping label and have to go out of my way to go return the package

Great customer service, great products, amazing people both in the field and at corporate levelNot only can you be confident that this company lives by their Pure, Safe, Beneficial philosophy but they deliver it!

This company is extremely misleading their approach is to make this product seem like it's certified organic or even better than organic I specifically asked for the list of ingredients and was given the catalog to review however the catalog only lists some of the ingredients (according to them the active ingredients) all the other non natural ingredients in each product are not listed until you get the product and see them on the box I contacted company right away to be told that they wont refund me the entire amount of the order and that I have to pay for the shipping of the product back as well This is outrageous! My total order cost was $after being on the phone with rep for 49minutes she then states I can only get $dollars back The company does not wan to refund me the $shipping plus the $for tax and the $membership fee This company is trying to steal $41.57!!!! On top of the fact that they are taking $they do not send you a label to send shipment back They expect the customer to pay for shipment Their response was to contact the consultant and ask consultant to pay since she was the one misleading me Completely unprofessional! After speaking to a very rude supervisor "***" she then changes the itemized list and states that the tax is tax for shipping not the product Once again I'm being mislead by yet another employee After another minutes of once again demanding explanation of these additional mystery fees she eventually gets tired of giving me the run around and agrees to finally give me my refund for $which is my order minus shipping This whole experience has been very upsetting I do not ever want to deal with a company that is this misleading They lie about their products, they overcharge for their products, do not provide total information when ordering and then it's a huge deal to return anything Overall terrible experience I have worked for a neutraceutical company for over yrs and we would never treat our customers this way I do not recommend this company to anyone There are plenty of other companies with far superior products

I’ve been trying to get an exchange or refund on product that does not agree with my skinApparently I need a refund number (RMA #) I have called twicestill have yet to talk to a live person I’m currently on hold as I type this I’ve been on hold for hour exactlyand still holding I don’t think I will be ordering from them again!

This is not a company I would recommendI have been a member buying for myself for a couple of yearsI decided I was not going to continue at the end of my current year and did not - repeat I DID NOT click the link in the email for renewing my membershipThat didn't matter and I was signed up again AND may credit card charged without my consent for the membership feeDO NOT TRUST THEMDO NOT believe the messages they send that make it appear you have to click to continueFURTHERMORE, to get out of the membership they expect you to send a FAXHow convenient for them to require such old technology to get out of membership but not to get consent to charge a credit card against the implied wishes by not opting to continue

I attended an Arbonne party in Louisville KY on August 19, I purchased a face wash and moisturizer from the representative named ErinI have received the face wash but was notified in October that there had been an issue with a distributor and the moisturizer would not be fulfilled and I would receive a creditI reached out to the sales rep on October 29th to verifyShe confirmed the issue and said the credit had actually gone to the person that hosted the party but she was working to resolve and have the credit correctly applied to meI touched base again on Nov and was informed I should see a credit that week, that didn’t happenI touched base again on the 14th but received a response with really no sustenance other than she would contact customer service againNothing after that with an updateI have reached out to her today out of courtesy, but at this point there is no excuse for how long this process is taking to resolveI’m extremely annoyed and frustrated that a

When I purchased the products, I was informed REPEATEDLY that if there were any problems, I would be able to return the merchandise "NO QUESTIONS ASKED"After multiple multiple questions and two tries, I was given a return authorization formI sent the products via UPS to the address I was given (at my cost) and they were delivered on August 2, I have a delivery confirmationIt has now been over months since then
I emailed asking for the status of my refund and never received a replyI then called and I was told they could see I returned the merchandise but were going to look into the matter and I was assured I would get a phone call within hrsThat was almost a week ago and have not heard from them
