I am an Arbonne Interdependent Consultant, I purchase only for myself and haven't made a business of the products
I received an email asking me to 'Let’s complete your Arbonne Registration!' Hmm, what registration!! I followed the link and it contains someone else's details Name, address, date of birth and phone numberI can even change her password
I have emailed Arbonne but of course have had no response

Back in April I purchased the genius ultra device for $and was told it would ship in June, but then received an email that it would not ship until SeptemberAll communications state that I could call and cancel anytimeOn July 6th or 7th I called to request a cancellation and refund- it's only for part of a purchase I made so I just asked for the money related to the genius ultra device refundedI was told the item would be cancelled and a refund would come back on my credit card, I even conversed via email with a woman named *** *** who promised it would be handled and refunded on two different occasionsWhen I didn't hear back or receive my money I called the customer service again a couple of weeks agoI was told the device still isn't cancelled and that I have to wait for them to get around to cancelling it and there was no timeframe givenI had already waited over a month! She said I was welcome to cancel my credit card charge but I did use some of the product in

Amazing products and business

This is not a company I would recommendI have been a member buying for myself for a couple of yearsI decided I was not going to continue at the end of my current year and did not - repeat I DID NOT click the link in the email for renewing my membershipThat didn't matter and I was signed up again AND may credit card charged without my consent for the membership feeDO NOT TRUST THEMDO NOT believe the messages they send that make it appear you have to click to continueFURTHERMORE, to get out of the membership they expect you to send a FAXHow convenient for them to require such old technology to get out of membership but not to get consent to charge a credit card against the implied wishes by not opting to continue

Great customer service, great products, amazing people both in the field and at corporate levelNot only can you be confident that this company lives by their Pure, Safe, Beneficial philosophy but they deliver it!

Very shady, they charge you taxes on retail price not sale price so when you do one of their "Buy One Get One" sales you are charged on everything you WOULD have paid not what you are actually payingOn top of that they charge you shipping and tax that then if you and friends go together to order they charge EACH shipping and then ship it togetherBUYER BEWARE SHADY PRACTICES!

I feel I was wrongfully terminated as an Arbonne ConsultantThey are holding me accountable on what someone else is doing with their products and I have no control on what someone does after they purchase products from this companyTheir "rules" site that if an Arbonne Consultant is re-selling products on other websites then that will terminate the contract, however, I am the consultant and I never was selling anything on other websitesThey made assumptions and cancelled my account without properly notifying meKelly Tang claims she sent me an "email" which was never found and I had to request a COPY of my termination letter after they had already cancelled my accountThere was no written correspondence of this incident eitherThey are breaking their own rules by holding someone accountable that had nothing to do with selling their products on other websites

Amazing products and business

Love products! It’s like a spa day at home and I see amazing results! So thankful for their stict ingredient policyIt’s hard to find vegan skincare and makeup

Two (2) stars instead of one (1) because Arbonne's products are of good qualityHowever, the "shipping and handling" is nothing less than price gougingTheir business model allows them to do thisArbonne may be a Swiss company, but their distribution center is in the United StatesThere is **no** reason a lightweight, medium-sized package shipped from within the U.Sshould cost $to shipSince you can only order Arbonne through their website or through their representatives, there is no way to avoid this massive shipping fee except through "special promotions," where you have to spend an extra amount for the shipping fee to be waivedThere is no way this company should have an A+ business rating with such practices in placeKindly Note: I have not used Arbonne productsThe note on product quality is a testimony from my wife

This company is extremely misleading their approach is to make this product seem like it's certified organic or even better than organic I specifically asked for the list of ingredients and was given the catalog to review however the catalog only lists some of the ingredients (according to them the active ingredients) all the other non natural ingredients in each product are not listed until you get the product and see them on the box I contacted company right away to be told that they wont refund me the entire amount of the order and that I have to pay for the shipping of the product back as well This is outrageous! My total order cost was $after being on the phone with rep for 49minutes she then states I can only get $dollars back The company does not wan to refund me the $shipping plus the $for tax and the $membership fee This company is trying to steal $41.57!!!! On top of the fact that they are taking $they do not send you a label to send shipment back They expect the customer to pay for shipment Their response was to contact the consultant and ask consultant to pay since she was the one misleading me Completely unprofessional! After speaking to a very rude supervisor "***" she then changes the itemized list and states that the tax is tax for shipping not the product Once again I'm being mislead by yet another employee After another minutes of once again demanding explanation of these additional mystery fees she eventually gets tired of giving me the run around and agrees to finally give me my refund for $which is my order minus shipping This whole experience has been very upsetting I do not ever want to deal with a company that is this misleading They lie about their products, they overcharge for their products, do not provide total information when ordering and then it's a huge deal to return anything Overall terrible experience I have worked for a neutraceutical company for over yrs and we would never treat our customers this way I do not recommend this company to anyone There are plenty of other companies with far superior products

Arbonne International is not transparent regarding their ingredients as their website claimsI questioned a harmful ingredient and this was the response:
“When inquiring about a product or ingredient, it is important to remember that Arbonne is a privately held companyWe do not share specific breakdowns or percentages of ingredients used to make up our proprietary formulas
By law, we conduct third party independent testing and this is required for doing business in Australia, Canada and the UKWe comply with these mandatesThese reports contain government-required information and the process and reports vary by countryThis is business conducted between our corporate office and the government; there is no business need to share it with our Independent Consultants and we do not train non-Arbonne employees on such processes
Testing results are always documented internallySome are shared with the public and some remain confidential.”

When I purchased the products, I was informed REPEATEDLY that if there were any problems, I would be able to return the merchandise "NO QUESTIONS ASKED"After multiple multiple questions and two tries, I was given a return authorization formI sent the products via UPS to the address I was given (at my cost) and they were delivered on August 2, I have a delivery confirmationIt has now been over months since then
I emailed asking for the status of my refund and never received a replyI then called and I was told they could see I returned the merchandise but were going to look into the matter and I was assured I would get a phone call within hrsThat was almost a week ago and have not heard from them

I was signing up as an *** consultant on Friday Feb 12,my up line *** *** *** was helping me sign up and place my first order altogetherwe were zooming together and she was helping me place my order I saw it was getting a little to high out of my budget zone of so I ask her to hold on so I could discuss this with my momwhen I came back into the room I told her that I need to bring down the total she told me that she already hit the summit button and that I could contact customer serviceI was so upset with her , she has now taken food money and gas money away from me to be able to go to workI called customer service the very next day which was Feb13, and told them what happen they gave me the run around until I talk to a manger which she said they would ship out the product to me and send a return label to ship back the product for freethen they would refund the money back to my cardthe manager lied to me because they kept the product at

I received an email stating "thank you for renewing your account" when it wasn't renewed
I received an email on September 26, Saying "Thank you for renewing your Independent Consultant Account" In the body of the email further down it did state that the payment didn't go through(Not visible from the title.) I also continued to receive emails as if I was a consultant In March, I received another email stating it was my renewal month I called and spoke to customer service, they said they would call me back that a supervisor needed to help me I never got a call back I reached out again in May Via email (I have the email chain) They said I would have been able to renew my consultant status in March, (but they wouldn't let me over the phone) and now I needed to contact a regional VP to make the "exception" I reached out to my sponsor to do that, and they never got back to me I've literally done everything they have recommended, and I still have not been changed back to
