I have contacted the individual consultant within the from purchase to try to change the product or get my money back by both telephone and email and have not received any response

I attended an Arbonne party in Louisville KY on August 19, I purchased a face wash and moisturizer from the representative named ErinI have received the face wash but was notified in October that there had been an issue with a distributor and the moisturizer would not be fulfilled and I would receive a creditI reached out to the sales rep on October 29th to verifyShe confirmed the issue and said the credit had actually gone to the person that hosted the party but she was working to resolve and have the credit correctly applied to meI touched base again on Nov and was informed I should see a credit that week, that didn’t happenI touched base again on the 14th but received a response with really no sustenance other than she would contact customer service againNothing after that with an updateI have reached out to her today out of courtesy, but at this point there is no excuse for how long this process is taking to resolveI’m extremely annoyed and frustrated that a

Very shady, they charge you taxes on retail price not sale price so when you do one of their "Buy One Get One" sales you are charged on everything you WOULD have paid not what you are actually payingOn top of that they charge you shipping and tax that then if you and friends go together to order they charge EACH shipping and then ship it togetherBUYER BEWARE SHADY PRACTICES!

While in attendance at a friend's party, I disclosed that I have very sensitive skinI was assured that it would be fine, since the products are "botanical." I was also told that if it didn't work out, I could get a refund within days of the order dateI ordered, and tried it out for a weekI developed small bumps all over my face, and my skin was burning constantlyI contacted the consultant by emailShe responded with her phone number and said to call herI called, and didn't hear back, so I called days laterI didn't hear back so called about a week laterThen after another week, I emailed her and said I'd go to the Revdex.comThat day she called and left a voice-mailShe said her last voice-mail from me was from weeks prior, and that was her reason for not returning my callWhy wouldn't she have called me back within weeks? I feel that she was trying to wait out the day return policy and hoped I'd drop it when the time was upNo refund was offered (even though I asked for one in each of the voice-mails and email I'd sent) until I threatened to contact the Revdex.comThis company doesn't allow a customer to initiate a refund without a consultant's authorization, which I think is unethicalHow many people just give up because they don't understand who to call and how to work with a person who won't return calls? On September 18th, I purchased $in Arbonne merchandise from independent consultant, *** *** #*** I contacted BEST, representation within Arbonne and *** ***, stated that she contacted *** *** and that she "already handled this issue with me." "If this is not accurate, please be sure to let me know and we will follonce again!" I replied back to the email stating that the issue was not resolved, I have yet to hear back from her or any other BEST representation I resubmitted my complaint again on September 27th, I have still yet heard anything from "BEST." To address Ms. [redacted]'s complaints, please note that Arbonne's agreement with our Independent...

Consultants include a provision which states that in order to simplify their lives, we will use what is generally called an Alternative Collection Method (ACM) so that they are not required to collect and remit sales tax on their sales. The provision states that Arbonne will collect and remit sales taxes on behalf of Arbonne Independent Consultants based on the suggested retail price of the products. For more information, Ms. [redacted] can refer to Policy 5.6 Sales Tax of the Arbonne's Policies and Procedures.
In Pennsylvania, where Ms. [redacted] resides, Arbonne has an agreement in place with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Revenue where we must collect and remit the tax on the suggested retail value of the products purchased from our Independent Consultant.
