I spoke with Ms. [redacted] today and informed her that I had received confirmation from a supervisor in Arbonne's Customer Service Department that the item (Genius Ultra) she has purchased had been cancelled from Order Number [redacted]. She was also informed that the refund was processed. I...

In response to being notified of this complaint we apologized to Ms. [redacted] for any inconvenience and frustration that she had experienced. We were able to locate Ms. [redacted]'s order and refunded her $82.65 for the items that she wanted to originally exchange. We spoke with Ms. [redacted] and...
informed her of the refund and the time she should expect to see the credit applied. Ms. [redacted] expressed satisfaction with our response and communication.We also spoke with Arbonne Independent Consultant, Ms. [redacted], regarding this situation. Ms. [redacted] informed us that she had just returned from a trip that took place out of the country and did not have access to her phone during this time. Ms. [redacted] did receive a phone call from Ms. [redacted] about 8-9 days ago and was about to reach out to Ms. [redacted] when she received our call. We notified Ms. [redacted] that we would be processing the return on her behalf and reviewed the responsibilities of an Independent Consultant when it comes to refunding products.
