WE AGREED TO PAY THE LABOR IN OUR SHOP ON THE REPAIRS We estimated the parts to cost about $ We also agree to skip the current months payment in order to make it a little easier for the customer

We will be more than happy to look at the vehicle and see why the light is coming on The customer gave us a MO address on her application she filled it out and had a MO id when she purchased it She never indicated she lived in Illinois when she purchased the vehicle When it was time to register the vehicle she indicated that she wanted it registered in IL not MO We told her it didn't matter to us she just needed to pay the taxes in whatever state she lives in

The vehicle was sold as is with no warranty We will however repair the vehicle in our shop labor free if the customer pays for the parts required

The Vehicle was sold as is with no warranty The customer claims that we told her that we had the motor replaced not to replace a bad motor but for enhancement reasons We have never done this We have talked to the customer and agreed to wave her remaining balance

This is the first time that this had been brought to our attention We understand the frustration in having to do repairs so soon after purchase We do sell our vehicles as is with no warranty We will however agree to pay for the labor in our shop to have these repairs done if the customer agrees to pay for the parts for the vehicle

At the time of sale, we had given the customer everything he needed to get a temp tag We explained to him while the contract was being executed and on 04/24/again when the customer was paying a payment We did not give the customer a fake temp tag We have the customer in the packet of papers as well as putting one on the window that a temp tag could not be issued I believe the customer has gotten a temp tag

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I understand it was as is but I was told by the sales person [redacted] that it would not cost me anything to fix the trunk, how is is it OK to lease a car to someone and the trunk doesn't openThis prevents me from changing any brake and signal lights in the rear of the car, and the check engine light was and is on in the car, Also he was supposed to fix the issue with the check engine light and the first time I took it there [redacted] put it on the diagnostic machine to knock the codes out, to avoid having to repair itThis is a horrible place to do business, and this is my last time I am in the process of getting another vehicle and return this lemon to them, I refuse to pay for something they should have repaired before saleThey will have to deal with itThese are horrible people who takes people hard earned money, sale them junk and lie to their facesThey are really sad and pathetic they make their living by ripping people off and getting over but their day will come I'm sure Sincerely, [redacted]

We have had her title waiting to be picked up for some time now, and we have called her to inform her She still has not picked it up We originally gave her the Neon (which was sold AS IS), but with all of the problems so soon after purchase, we allowed her to choose a different vehicle of the same value She chose a Civic then switched that out for a Taurus We told her that if a repair is needed, she would need to buy the parts and we would do labor for free within the first days It is now past that, but we are still willing to work with her We have also never tampered with the VIN number and she has never complained to us about this, but if she would like to bring the Taurus in, I can take a look at it

I cannot give refunds, but if her tires are all different sizes, she can bring the vehicle in so we can take a look and possibly switch the tires out She never informed us of this tire issue
