I cannot give refunds, but if her tires are all different sizes, she can bring the vehicle in so we can take a look and possibly switch the tires out.  She never informed us of this tire issue.

We discounted the vehicle $1,500 so he could go get the vehicle repaired himself.

We have had her title waiting to be picked up for some time now, and we have called her to inform her.  She still has not picked it up.  We originally gave her the Neon (which was sold AS IS), but with all of the problems so soon after purchase, we allowed her to choose a different vehicle...

of the same value.  She chose a Civic then switched that out for a Taurus.  We told her that if a repair is needed, she would need to buy the parts and we would do labor for free within the first 30 days.  It is now past that, but we are still willing to work with her.  We have also never tampered with the VIN number and she has never complained to us about this, but if she would like to bring the Taurus in, I can take a look at it.

The vehicle is sold as is no warranty.  We will however offer the customer free labor in our shop if the customer pays for the parts.

This is the first time that this had been brought to our attention.  We understand the frustration in having to do repairs so soon after purchase.  We do sell our vehicles as is with no warranty.  We will however agree to pay for the labor in our shop to have these repairs done if the...

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (1500, 6, 2015/07/01) */

Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2002 Buick Rendezvous on 12/12/2016.  The vehicle was sold as is with no warranty.  Shortly after purchase Ms. [redacted] called to have her vehicle towed in because it cut off.  When we towed the vehicle in and checked the vehicle out it was out of gas. ...

When we called to tell her she also complained about the check engine light.  We then put it on the diagnostic machine to check the light.  It came back as a converter code.  We told her if she would pay for the part we would install the part for free in our shop.  She indicated she wanted to wait for the repair.  There was no charge for towing we covered the expense nor did she pay for any repair.  On 01/16/2017 Ms. [redacted] told us that the vehicle once again was on the side of the road and that a man that she did not know told her that he thought it was the transmission.  We told her that we needed to look at the vehicle so we can diagnose the problem.  She refuses to bring the vehicle in.

WE AGREED TO PAY THE LABOR IN OUR SHOP ON THE REPAIRS.  We estimated the parts to cost about $600.00.  We also agree to skip the current months payment in order to make it a little easier for the customer.

The vehicle was sold as is with no warranty either expressed or implied.  We had told the customer that we would be able to fix the vehicle if the customer paid for the parts.
