The above described vehicle was brought in for service in July We told the customer we were about two weeks behind at the time We contacted the customer and he indicated he did not want the vehicle anymore He had no desire to have the vehicle fixed because he was so far behind on his payments in which he did not want to pay If Mr [redacted] would like us to run the vehicle through service we would be more than happy to do so

Mr [redacted] had a transmission installed in September of He paid and picked the vehicle up in October of In June of Mr [redacted] was complaining that we put the wrong transmission is his vehicle He claimed that his mechanic told him that is was the wrong transmission for his vehicle We tried to explain that he has been driving the vehicle for almost two years and it was hard to believe that it was the wrong transmission for the car and that he should get a second opinion and that we would love to look at it but most likely we would not be able to cover it because it has been close to two years He refused to bring the vehicle in for us to see which we are assuming is because he is extremely late on his payments

This morning I think they repossessed my vehicle because I am two days later on my payment. I have called them and they are not answering the phone

the vehicle was sold as is with no warrantywe offered to repair the vehicle for $and push back a payment for him by two weeks as agreed by the customer and kennedi auto sales

At the time of sale there was a discrepancy of the dash being broken. We told the customer when she told us that it was broke that we would refund the down payment and void the sale. She did not want to do this and agreed to purchase the vehicle the way it was. The customer agreed
to pay $for the rest of the down payment on 03/13/and monthly payment every month on the 29th beginning in March. The customer did not complete her down payment nor her first monthly payment so we were forced to repossess the vehicle. With the temp tag situation we gave her a $check made out to the Secretary of State of Illinois. Along with the check we gave her directions to the driver's license facility to have a temp tag issued with documents we provided. The location we advised her to go is located in Illinois therefore there would be no requirement for inspections to have a temp tag issued. The costs that was told to the customer broke down as $for the rest of the down payment, $for March payment, and $repossession fee for a total of $990.00. We are willing to accept $to release the vehicle as long as it is picked up prior to April 29th

The vehicle was purchased as is with no warranty. The vehicle was purchased in July of 2016. In early February the customer called and told us the tire had fell off the vehicle. We told him that we can look at the vehicle and let him know what had happened

THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE VEHICLE WAS IS WITH NOT WARRANTYWE WILL HOWEVER INSTALL THE TRANSMISSION IN OUR SHOP IF THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE PARTS

The vehicle was sold as is with no warranty. Ms*** purchased a protection plan outside of our company that was to be paid on a monthly basis. This warranty does not require for the repairs to be done in our shop. We were backed up in repairs due to this being the busiest time
of the year. The warranty that Ms*** purchased should not be expired. We contacted the warranty company and they indicated that it expired due to non-payment for the warranty. We will however offer to repair the vehicle labor free if Ms*** pays for the parts
