WE WERE NOT AWARE OF ANY REPAIRS NEEDED AT THE TIME OF SALEWE WILL WORK ON IT LABOR FREE IF THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR PARTS

The customer had come in shortly after purchase claiming the check engine light coming on. She had brought the vehicle in late in the evening and did not call to make us aware that she was coming so when she got here we were not able to pull her vehicle into the shop immediately. We
requested that she leave it for us to look at and she was not willing to do this. At this time the customer never complained that the vehicle was overheating. On 12/16/2017, the customer called and stated the car was overheating. We sent a tow to her location. We told her not to drive the vehicle as it would cause damage. The tow truck was almost there and she had called and canceled the tow. She stated that she was going to drive the car to her mother's house, disregarding our advise to not drive the vehicle. She then called hours later stating she tried to drive the car to a relative's house and the car broke down on the way there. We sent a tow truck again. When the tow truck got there, the car was gone. We tried to call the customer several times with no answer. About an hour after our attempt to call the customer, she called and stated she took the car to her father's house and wasn't able to call us and make us aware. She also stated the car had overheated and would not run anymore and was covered in green fluid. We then sent a tow out to her father's house and was able to receive the vehicle on the third attempt. When the vehicle arrived, we immediately ran the vehicle through the shop and determined the vehicle was severely overheated. The vehicle motor was damaged due to overheating. We gave the customer a price for parts and told the customer we would cover the labor in our shop

The customer's paperwork has the date 07/21/on it which was the purchase date. We in no way name called. After the date of purchase the customer called us and explained to us that he had put diesel fuel into his vehicle instead of gas. He did not realize he did this until
after the car stopped running. This caused damage to the motor. We explained that we cannot pay for these repairs but we will do them at our cost

The vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customer

I am rejecting this response because: the salesman *** specifically said that they replaced the motor with a 5.4L VTriton because they were experimenting and the body style was one of the only ones that worked because the new mustang body style did notHe also said that they have several of the vtriton engines laying aroundWhen I spoke to Nicole she said they do not have motors laying around and purchase motors specifically to the vehicleThe motor in this particular car did not have a like the mustang GT should have.
Sincerely,

He purchased the Ram for $1,plus sales tax in April. The sales tax amount of $was due April and he never paid it. We repossessed it in June. We called it several times and he said he would pay it when he has the money. We told him we needed a payment and he said
he didn’t have it so we had no choice but to repo it. He has since paid and received the vehicle back

THE VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS WE WILL HOWEVER WORK ON THE VEHICLE IN OUR SHOP FOR FREE LABOR ON THESE REPAIRS IF THE CUSTOMER PAYS FOR THE PARTS

At the time of sale, we had given the customer everything he needed to get a temp tag.  We explained to him while the contract was being executed and on 04/24/2018 again when the customer was paying a payment.  We did not give the customer a fake temp tag.  We have the customer in the...

packet of papers as well as putting one on the window that a temp tag could not be issued.  I believe the customer has gotten a temp tag.

The vehicle is now being repaired and the customer has been notified.

This matter has been rectified with the customer.

The motor went out a few months after he bought the car and he needed a $2000 repair we offered it for $1000./ He paid $500 and we added $500 to his account. The complaint was prior to us working this out. He didn't think he should have to pay...

for any of it but it was sold as is.

Mr. [redacted] had a transmission installed in September of 2014.  He paid and picked the vehicle up in October of 2014.  In June of 2016 Mr. [redacted] was complaining that we put the wrong transmission is his vehicle.  He claimed that his mechanic told him that is was the wrong...

transmission for his vehicle.  We tried to explain that he has been driving the vehicle for almost two years and it was hard to believe that it was the wrong transmission for the car and that he should get a second opinion and that we would love to look at it but most likely we would not be able to cover it because it has been close to two years.  He refused to bring the vehicle in for us to see which we are assuming is because he is extremely late on his payments.

The above described vehicle was brought in for service in July.  We told the customer we were about two weeks behind at the time.  We contacted the customer and he indicated he did not want the vehicle anymore.  He had no desire to have the vehicle fixed because he was so far behind...

on his payments in which he did not want to pay.  If Mr. [redacted] would like us to run the vehicle through service we would be more than happy to do so.

The vehicle was purchased as is with no warranty.  We will however offer the customer free labor for the repair in our shop if the customer pays for the parts.
