Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. RE:  [redacted]Yesterday I received a call from [redacted] at Arieana, LLC, informing me that they had credited my (closed account) account the amount of [redacted].I called Arieana, LLC, this morning and told them that no money has shown up as a deposit because the account that they say they deposited it in because that account was closed the day of the scam.My bank informs me that if the money was deposited into a dead account, it may be routed into the new one; however, it would take as long asAugust 19th to show up if it actually was deposited in the first place. Please keep this complaint pending until I notify you of this credit.  If, and when, this deposit of [redacted] shows up in my account, I will remove my complaint, but, until then, I do not wish to remove it.Sincerely,[redacted]

Dear Revdex.com,Thank you
for notifying us on this complaint. We strive to provide our customers with the
best possible service, and when our customers feel that it is failing to meet
their expectations, it's important for us to know. We at Arieana LLC keep a
record of all incoming and outbound calls.
 First of all
we would like to clarify that the number which the customer called is not our
toll free number (our toll number is available to all our customers and it is
also clearly mentioned on our web page). The number that the customer called is,
in fact, a number that routes the call to the nearest technical company.
Customer had
called on 25th August 2015 for an issue on her computer, our
technical team assisted the customer with her computer and post an
authorisation from her, registered her for a technical plan, our technical team
assisted her to remove the unwanted files, harmful malware and also optimised
the computer. Customer’s case was closed post authorisation only. Customer was
also contacted by our customer support team on 26th August 2015 for
a post service feedback where she clearly stated that she was happy and
satisfied with the quality of service, the customer never contacted us for a
refund or dissatisfaction of service neither did she inform any representative about
her discomfort or doubts, in which case, we would have happily addressed the
customer’s concern, as is our priority.
 Apart from
this, the customer agreed to pay using her check-in account and the money was
not withdrawn because as per the check-in account rules customer is provided
with a 4 days grace period to make up  their mind for the charge. This is an extra
layer of security that lets the consumer take an informed and well thought-out
decision. Hence, the delay in the actual withdrawal from customer’s account. Also,
we are an affiliated business with Revdex.com and Scamguard, who have provided us with
a clean sheet of business.
 We would also
like to clarify that our company is tech support service provider, that provides
online technical assistance and we believe and follow in complete security of
the customer information hence processing access to any personal information or
installing virus is out of the question.
 Lastly we
provide a call to every customer to check the post service response and also
this is a monthly service call that every existing customer gets from the
customer service team. Once again, it is our endeavour to provide the highest
standards of service to our customers and stand by our commitment to look into
any unlikely dissatisfactory experiences that our customer may face.
 Best Regards

First of all we would like to clarify that we at Arieana LLC do not
make out bound solicitation calls, outbound call are reserved only for our
customer service team to seek feedback from existing customers only.
Our observation post investigation into the matter is mentioned
below:-

Customer called Arieana LLC for the first
time on 1st of Sept 2015 regarding a pop-up issue on her computer.
We advised the customer about the suitable
resolution and assisted her after she agreed for a 3 year online technical plan.
Post this, as per our policy, the case for the customer was closed post a
verbal consent from the customer. Customer also provided a positive feedback
for the quality of services provided to her.
Customer called back on the 5th
Sept of to seek assistance for her [redacted] account, customer later informed our
technician that she had closed her Netflix account and that she is happy with
our services, a second positive feedback from the customer.
    Customer further called on 13th
Sept 2015 and informed that she was facing email issue as she had forgotten her
email details and password. Unfortunately, the customer abruptly ended the call
just as the technician was assisting the customer.
Technician called the customer back, however,
customer informed that she didn’t require the service anymore, the call was
transferred to the billing department as per our protocol for such requests  for the refund and service cancelation,
however, yet again the call was disconnected at the customer’s end.
Post this, we have tried to contact the
customer multiple times (details mentioned below) always ending up on voice
mail. We do not leave voice messages for customers, so we had no option but to
try back later.

While my computer was turned on, a big portion of my computer screen popped up WARNING me that my computer was infected with several serious viruses. I tried to close my screen; however, everything was locked and nothing would respond. On the warning screen was a telephone number to contact this...

technician to unlock my screen and rid the virus. I had no choice but to call the number, as I could not even turn my computer off.I didn't realize that this was a scam until this person told me to Open Team Viewer. The minute I did that, he took over my computer, put a different version of Team Viewer on my screen. He put all of the numbers in himself, I didn't have a chance to do anything. He then suggested that I needed to secure all of my information and that he would take care of it on his end. When he asked me for my debit card number, I thought he was going to do something to secure it from hackers. Little did I know that he was the one who applied the virus in the first place. The next thing I knew, he put a contract of some type up on the screen in very small letters, SIGNED MY NAME himself......and took out [redacted] from my checking account! I did not authorize this at all. I tried to fight it with my bank and they would not credit my account back. This would be the same as someone coming in and throwing a bucket of paint on my carpet and then charging me [redacted] to clean it up! It is an outrage that he can get away with this. I want my money back. I had to do a "system reset" to get all of the junk he put on my computer. Please help me expose this business or whatever it is. I am afraid to upload some of the files that may contain a virus, as they are prior to my system reset.I want a full refund. They put the virus on there and included their telephone number to fix what they had caused in the first place.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Did they just ignore this part of the message? "Now my biggest problem is they showed me document to sign, which I didn't, and somehow they have a picture of my signature and just paste it there. I DID NOT SIGN THIS"
When they contacted me first I made sure they were going to continue to lie or not. I ask them how did my computer got a virus. They explain me there are a million reasons why my computer have a virus. Well from that event when I ask how long ago did my computer had a virus. But before they showed me the answer they ask how long did I own the computer. I said 2 years, well guess what my computer had a virus ever since June 30, 2013 . EXACTLY 2 YEARS AGO! THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. I explain to them you cannot get a virus before a computer was ever turn on and I will hang up the phone anytime soon and never answer a phone call from you. Now I ask again "how did you sign it?" they basicly telling me they got a signature digitally and sign it for me. So I'm telling them the "so to you guys its okay to sign any contract without consent?  I will hang up the phone anytime soon and never answer a phone call from you". I will not be satisfied with just a simple refund so no matter how much it is. How am I suppose to feel safe if someone is just going to sign any contract for me without consent? Isn't this illegal?
I have their document sign but not by me and a few documents sign by me a few days before and after theirs. I will not rest until this signature problem is secured.

My purchase of their products was strictly the result of a computer scam. An agent reported (via a pop-up notice that locked my computer) that my new computer was infected with over 1,900 malicious programs of various sorts, and for a price they would clean my hard drive and then protect it in future. I foolishly gave my permission, including my bank account, and an electronic check for $840. I then discovered that this was a scam. In fact, at the time their pop-up screen "notified" me of these malicious programs, my computer was completely new and had never been connected to the internet. The referral from the first outfit (cleaning the hard drive) to the second (Arieana LLC) was completely smooth, implying that it was all part of the same company. I have had to close my bank account and change all my passwords because of this scam.

I cannot accept the offer...

from Arieana LLC since they have not as yet credited my account with the $100. as stated they would - per a phone call from one of their reps on 11-5-15.    I called them on 11-6-15, and asked a Rep named [redacted]  as to when I should see the credit on my account.   He indicated that it would take one week from  the  11-6-15 date.     He stated they could only send me $100 of the original $199.99 charged since it "cost them to process ???---always telling me  I had "an infected computer and the only way to fix it was for them to insert THEIR program"????  (told me I needed SPECIAL SECURITY???).  Trying to cancel within the required time became a "nightmare"...Thank you for your continued interest in matters such as this.   I am a 9l yrs young retired senior in[redacted] who finds it difficult to "lose so much money" to companies who seem to "prey" on us.Again, my thanksMrs. [redacted] Dr[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am dissatisfied and displeased and do not want to continue business with this company. I want my $300 returned to me. I did not receive installation of ID and EMAIL Protection on my laptop computer, nor were the issues concerning my laptop fixed. The check for $300 was cashed BEFORE any work was completed on my laptop, and I did not receive the DocuSign Service Agreement for "review and signing" until AFTER the $300 check was cashed. No legal authorization was given to take my money. I feel the company wants more time to figure out a scheme not to return my money. I am 70 y.o. and retired. My experience with that company was terrible.

I received a pop-up message which locked my computer and told me to call the number on the pop-up. I tried several times to delete the pop-up to no avail. So, I called the number. I was told that I had a virus and they needed to clean up my computer. I was asked how old my computer was (about two months old) and since it was under warranty, "[redacted]" said he could clean it up for free. I gave him remote access to my computer (dumb!). He then showed me a screen that had 1400 plus errors on it and he said it was because I didn't have anti-virus or firewall protection. He said for $99.99 he could download Microsoft Defender for me and it would be good for one year. He then told me for two years it would cost $149 and then gave me a price for 3 or 5 years (I forget which) for another hundred bucks. He highly recommended the latter but I declined. He told me it wasn't his job to sell me anything but again recommended the latter. He kept talking and talking, until I had to tell him NO in no uncertain terms. I have since found out that Microsoft Defender is free and is loaded onto every computer with Windows. I also discovered I had McAfee anti-virus which doesn't expire until 2016. I too paid by e-check so they have my account number now (again dumb!). Before he could do anything, he said I had to sign a service agreement which I stupidly did via digital signature (actually, he did it for me not allowing any time to review the agreement). The agreement says that I am verifying complete functionality BEFORE signing the document which was not the case. When I received a copy of the agreement (it was put on my desktop), it shows I paid $99.99 for service from 9/29/15 thru 10/29/15. I thought I was paying for Microsoft Defender for one year. After he did put my signature on the document, he said that he would work on my computer and call me back when he was done. Then someone by the name of "[redacted]" called me back. I asked what happened to "[redacted]" and he said that he was taking over for [redacted] as the Tier 2 team. I find it strange that both men spoke with heavy accents, their voices were identical and their names were very American. My computer was working fine before I got the pop-up and it seems to be working fine again except significantly slower. I really don't know what they did to my computer or what they put on it, so will have to just wait and see. I have canceled payment on the e-check because I did not receive what I thought I was paying for. I have tried to call the two toll free numbers they show on the service agreement, but no one answers. After servicing my computer they kept calling and emailing me until I finally had to tell them not to call again, now I can't reach them at all. Don't know if they are just after money or personal information. At any rate, I have purchased identity theft protection and changed my passwords as a result of this scam. BE AFRAID -- BE VERY, VERY AFRAID!!

" the digital signature is always performed from the customer end.  " THIS IS A LIE. they just sign this document without ever asking me. They did not gave me a chance to to read such document before they sign it. As soon as I first ask them about this and let them "EDUCATE ME" this is when the theats begin telling me this document has my signature and I'm responsible. the threats doesn't stop so I hung up. through out this year I've been signing a lot of document and send it online, this isn't one of them. this people I've sign document online always let me read this documents first and let me sign the document when ever I want. they are not even expecting me to sign it, that is how nice this people are. and yes you could see the difference between both signatures.so I'm asking in the pressence of Revdex.com "Where did you got this signature?" I don't know how this signature was sent online but people must know someone has been copying an image of their signature and have been using it online.

[I was told on the phone that a refund would be issued and that is what I expect. I am not in need of any service for my system. It is very bad customer service to sell an 80 year old person a contract for the amount of time this was for. I truly believe you took advantage of our elderly. Then you so called service was down and your clients could not get in touch.  ]
