This company sells fake advertising outside of Washington state to small businessesSpecifically, they tell companies that a restaurant in the area is getting tablets for customers to use at their tables and they want your company to advertiseIn some cases the restaurant is unaware of any tabletsIn other cases the restaurant gets tablets that don't work and have charges that were never discussedIn most cases neither company knows what's going onBut both end up losing thousands of dollarsRegnal will promise that refunds have been sent, but nothing ever comesAny positive reviews on sites such as *** or *** are easily identified as paid, fake or done by employees of the company because of the format or clicking on the review and finding the account has only ever made one review

We were contacted on November 29, to be advertised in local businesses through Regnal Media LLCBefore we even signed the contract they had taken two payments of $out of our account (with the promise of no money being taken out only a "hold" placed on the account until the contract was signed and returned)Since that time, we have attempted to contact them multiple times through phone (always get a voicemail with no return calls) and email (again no return correspondence) regarding this issueWe did go into all of the locations that were promised to have our advertising and none of the places had it and they also informed us that they too were investigating their own businesses being ripped off by this company
