I entered in to contract with Regnal Media on January 20th, to provide advertising on restaurant tablets at *** *** town in Beaverton and Newberg Oregon which I paid Regnal Media $by credit card
As I continued to follow up I was continuously given excuses why the tablets were not provided to the restaurantOn July 7th I was e-mailed and told the tablets were in the process of being shipped and going live in business days with a tracking number of # ***
I periodically checked in the restaurant and never saw the tablets and contacted Regnal MediaI was told there was a contractual issue with the restaurant although it was being worked out
On February 3rd I contacted the manager at the restaurants about the tablets from Regnal Media and I was told they were unaware of Regnal Media or tablets, they called the owners and they had no knowledge of tablets or any marketing agreement with Regnal Media
On February 28th, I contacted Regna
In June, k2017, I was contacted by a sales person with Regnal Media to adveritize on some Ipads in two restaurants in our area of Kauai
We were to be the only real estate company on the IPad and would have a full page on them They anticipated they would be in the restaurants in a few weeks As time went on, I kept asking about the IPads as I had not seen them nor had their art department completed anything for us to review There was always some excuse and a put off as to shipping the IPads etcI continued calling them and then no answer for past two months other than a voice mail
I have since talked to the owner of one of the restaurants and he said he never agreed to have them in his restaurant I got about the same answer from the other restaurant as they have not had the IPads and didn't agree to any
In June my credit card was charged with two charges for the two ads totaling $I have not received the ads on the IPads and they will not respond to my emails or p
Regnal Media contacted me stating that they provide tablet advertising in local eateries, this was in May I paid them $495, and they said that it would start advertising in August August comes and goes, and nothingCall, and email with no feedback for weeksFINALLY come December I get a text from Darren that the tablets are up and running for a while at Taco Surf and that my ad is getting many "clicks" and traffic, which was BS I go there to check them out and NEVER have they had a tablet, or know anything about the tabletsI then contact the manager and he tells me that I went to the wrong one (per his staff, they directed me to the wrong one)So, I call the correct one prior to going down there, and they too have NO idea as to what I am talking aboutI then reached back out to Craig, the manager and asking for refundI have asked to get connected with billing, he tells me they will connect with meI told him I want my refund and do not choose to continue to work with
on October 19th ,I placed and order for advertising with Regnal Medial, in the amount of $ The contract stated that advertising for my business would be placed on Tablets at a local restaurant in Toledo Ohio by the name of the Black Cloister Tavern In short the tablets were never shipped and subsequently the advertising never materializedI spoke numerous times to a Regnal media representative named Craig Atkins and was assured from December thru February each time that we spoke the tablets were about to ship that day , that week , any min now etc After he final agreed to a refund the company stopped taking my calls and has not returned email or phone callsBasically being blown off in hopes that I will just go away
I just want my refund and will be done with this company

I signed and paid for a contract with them on 5/18/in the amount of $
They never produced the advertising, the place that it was supposed to be advertised in said they never agreed to advertise for themThey liedI have been trying to get my money back since thenI have called them about timesI have spoken to Craig Atkins every timehe has handed me a different line every timeHe liesThey have since changed their name to Tablet Branding, they are part of a company called Ll&L empire at least thats what my contract saysthey have terrible reviews all for the same thingthey are straight up robbing people probably criminally Who knows
What I do know is they promised me a service, did not follow through and now will not refund the money
In one of the conversations with Craig he said I was right and would reimburse m,and then on multiple occasions after that the same story but money has never been sentH
