This company called me and offered a service whereby they were contracting with a local restaurant to put tablets on the tables that would have advertising displayed on them The ad would be made for me with me supplying them with the information My ad never got finalized and the restaurant is not displaying these tablets on their tables as Tablio/ Regnal Media said they would I have called many times over the past several months and repeatedly promised they would process a refund request and send to ownership and billing for review Nothing ever happens I spent $for a service they have never provided

I purchased advertising from Craig A*** and Alex C*** at Regnal Media After many months of no deliverables, Craig agreed to refund me the fees I have not seen these refunds and have called monthly for over a year I have not received any callbacks

Tablio contacted me about advertising with thier tablets in local establishments, icluding two different locationsThey took $as a payement and not fullfilled there obligation still to this dayI want a promt refund of my moneyThis is my second complaint with this company

I was contacted by Regnal Media to advertise my business on a tablet in a nearby restaurant on June 8, I was told my business was the last slot to fill and I soon as they received my artwork the tablets would be placed on the tables for advertising After several emails they told me generally it took 30-days for this process to happen and that they were having trouble getting tablets from their supplier More emails have passed and promises made and now they have defaulted on their days I called the restaurant that they told me the tablets were going to and they know nothing about this I sent an email to Regnal August 16, November 2nd and now November asking for a refund I would like my $back!

I was assisted by Craig A*** at Regnal Media with a refund from a business that shut down before I could run the adNot only did I get my refund, but Craig also got my ad to be ran for years within the White Buffalo restaurant free of charge; plus lead capture! He was very courteous throughout the entire process and understandingOutstanding customer service!

On Friday June 8th, I was contacted regarding and advertising possibility with Tablio and a local restaurant *** *** in West Reading, PA On the 8th, I initially agreed to a $contract for a single sized ad On June 13th I was given an opportunity to expand to a full sized ad for an additional $ Again, I agreed to this and signed another contract for this service Both the initial $and the foll$were collected by Tablio and deducted from my checking account I have copies of the contracts and of the money clearing my checking account Long story short...there has been no actual delivery of the services they promised I have a chain of attempts (and a few responses from Tablio) asking for information on when this actual campaign was going live I was assured that it would be no later than October 7th Well, here we are and there still has been nothing I now feel this entire thing was a scam It appears to me that they were simply collecting mon

I received a call from a Jacinto H*** who worked at Regnal Media He found my info on the internet and advised me that he could run me a full size ad on a restaurant tablet that was local to my place of business The Ad would run consistently for years in restaurants, Huntington Beach Beer Company in CA and the Laguna Beach Brewery & Grille in CA I spoke to his manager who expedited the order, Martin H*** I did submit artwork to Nate K*** who did complete the ad and sent back the artwork as planned I emailed him a change to the ad on 5/25/and he did respond back with the change I called them to ask about the ad and they did say that the information was being loaded on the tablets and once they were completed, would be mailed to the restaurants and I would receive a welcome packet with the information of the ad I called them on 6/22/and the numbers have been disconnected

On 11/22/Cornerstone Realty paid $+ $for advertising "tablets" that were to be placed in JW Snacks on the tables for online advertising There was a lag in getting the advertising approved, but that was our issue It was all approved and to be up and running late in January or early February This is a restaurant we frequent at least weekly if not bi-weekly, and we were very anxious to see the tablets I called on several occasions and spoke to a representative who told me they were experiencing some difficulties but would have the tablets on tables shortly The end of May, the tablets were still not on the tables Finally in late June, there were a few out, but not on all tables, and they were not working well I spoke with the owner of JW's and he told me they were having serious issues and he was furious They could not keep them charged, they were not working right and the advertising that was supposed to be on them was hit or miss They were having to

On 6/14/I agreed to have an advertisement displayed on tablets at a local restaurantI paid $and signed the documents on 6/14/I was told that the ad would be displayed once the tablets were delivered to restaurantI was never given an exact date of when that would happenAs each month passed I emailed Craig A*** and called as well to get status updatesHe never returns phone calls and hardly ever returns emailsHis excuse every time as to why the tablets were not delivered was that had issues with ordering them, etcI was then given a date of around November In Regnal Media's contract it states that they are obligated to fulfill their contract within days of executionSince almost months had passed since I made a payment and signed the contract, I told them to cancel everything and give me a refundCraig agreed, and I have emails to prove it, and said I would receive full refundAnother month passed, and I tried several times to get a hold of Craig

Frauds and Scam artists Please contact the Washington State FBI if you are unlucky enough to be ripped off They have a file and are watching this company and their members closely
One of their reps sold agents in the same town, three of us in the same office, "exclusive" ad space in the same restaurants It was a nightmare getting our money back The only reason they gave me my money back is that I published a website with all of our emails verifying their fraudulent practices
They do this for a living I hope you read this before you give them any money

I signed up in May & paid to have tablet advertising at *** *** and *** *** They made a nice proof but never got the tablets to the restaurants I have verbally spoken to them and email many times and gotten no where Their emails are now bouncing back to me I can provide the email trails if needed
