I was contacted by Regnal Media in December 2016, offering advertisement services on tablets in local restaurantsI agreed to run an advertisement for my real estate company in ONE restaurant, for a year, for $The contract stated that the advertisement would be delivered to the venue in days or less from the signing datedays later, I was again contacted by the company, offering to place an ad in a second restaurant for an additional $I declined that offer, and DID NOT sign the contract they sent meOn my next credit card statement, I find that they charged me TWICE, the second charge of which was never agreed uponI attempted to contact the company over a period of a month or so, and could not get any responseI called the restaurant where my advertisement was supposed to be run, and the restaurant had never heard of Regnal MediaI then disputed the charge with my credit card company, and have been fighting for my money back for over monthsMy credit car

On June 1, 2017, I purchased ad space with hyperlink on a digital tablet menu for a local restaurant on Kauai, Hawaii for $for yr from Martin H*** of Regnal Media On June 2, 2017, I received another call from Martin H***, to purchase another ad space for a 2nd local restaurant, for a discounted price of $595.00, since this would be a 2nd locationIn addition, he would increase the service period from to yrs for both locations Tablet menus would be available at the restaurants within days of purchase date It is now days since purchase of ad space for a total of $and restaurants do not have any tablet menus On Sept 7, I emailed Craig A*** III, Customer service mgr for update, and he said the menus were being prepped for shipment On Oct 24, I called Craig A*** requesting a refund due to no delivery of product, and Craig said he would issue a complete refund of $and that I should receive check within a week On Nov7, I text Mart

Tablio contacted our business about placing an ad in several local businessesThey were to produce artwork that would be featured in a tablet that customers would use in businesses
They never put the tablets in any of the businessesI have requested a refundThey do not answer emails or return phone calls

Regnal media had huge promises about having our advertising inside our local restaurantsmonths later they still didn’t have the tablets and yet we started getting charges on our accountAfter months and the tablets still weren’t in the restaurants I emailed them and they did refund me the moneyBut about months later the charges started again and then I couldn’t get ahold of them againScanners all the way!!!!
