We were contacted by Regnal Media on 11/07/by email regarding placing a banner ad with a clickable hyperlink on restaurant tablets for a one time costThe art work would be customizableThe contract was signed 11/8/After a multitude of emails re the art work the banner was supposed to be available on the tablet at end of December according to Alex *** He changed the publishing date to the first week of January on 12/20/We visited the restaurant on 1/6/and our ad was not on the tabletAlex Prescott at Regnal Media then in an email dated 1/10/extended and confirmed the term for our contract by one year to be valid thru We visited the restaurant on 10/17/The tablets are not used at all since SeptemberThe restaurant has not been paid by Regnal MediaRegnal Media is a scam!

Dale with Regnal was very easy to work with and accommodating of all my questions! I'm looking forward to working with them and seeing the boost it will provide for my business

I paid $in February for advertising in a local restaurant (** ***, Bellingham, WA)The tablets were due in June To date they are still not there and after repeated requests for a refund and reply of "the check is in the mail" I still haven't received anything

I entered in to contract with Regnal Media on January 20th, to provide advertising on restaurant tablets at *** *** town in Beaverton and Newberg Oregon which I paid Regnal Media $by credit card
As I continued to follow up I was continuously given excuses why the tablets were not provided to the restaurantOn July 7th I was e-mailed and told the tablets were in the process of being shipped and going live in business days with a tracking number of # ***
I periodically checked in the restaurant and never saw the tablets and contacted Regnal MediaI was told there was a contractual issue with the restaurant although it was being worked out
On February 3rd I contacted the manager at the restaurants about the tablets from Regnal Media and I was told they were unaware of Regnal Media or tablets, they called the owners and they had no knowledge of tablets or any marketing agreement with Regnal Media

Regnal media had huge promises about having our advertising inside our local restaurantsmonths later they still didn’t have the tablets and yet we started getting charges on our accountAfter months and the tablets still weren’t in the restaurants I emailed them and they did refund me the moneyBut about months later the charges started again and then I couldn’t get ahold of them againScanners all the way!!!!

We first received a phone call from Emily J*** back in May 2017, representative for Regnal Media, selling us a tablet ad that would be displayed at our local El Pescador restaurantShe said it would be an exclusive ad to one apartment community with a total of businesses being displayedAfter the initial phone conversation she emailed me a recap of the offerWe signed edocument acknowledging that we would like to buy the ad and paid that same dayWe asked when they would be displayed and where told by end of year around October End of the year rolled around and nothing was ever displayed so we contacted Regnal MediaI couldn't get a hold of our initial sales rep and now being directed to Craig Atkins, but would leave several messages with no return phone callAround January I got in contact with Craig and and he stated that he would request a refund since the project was taking long to wrap upOn January 17, 2018, I emailed Craig for follow up and he responded

The company, ***, failed to deliver tablets to the restaurant as stated it would in the signed contract I have attempted numerous times to reach out on the phone to resolve the issue but I always have to leave messages and never get thru to anyone I am aware of several other fellow colleagues who also have not received any tablets

I paid $for a service that I did not receive on 2/26/I contacted them over a month ago requesting a refund and they said to give them a week to look into itI never heard back from them
