This company sells fake advertising outside of Washington state to small businessesSpecifically, they tell companies that a restaurant in the area is getting tablets for customers to use at their tables and they want your company to advertiseIn some cases the restaurant is unaware of any tabletsIn other cases the restaurant gets tablets that don't work and have charges that were never discussedIn most cases neither company knows what's going onBut both end up losing thousands of dollarsRegnal will promise that refunds have been sent, but nothing ever comesAny positive reviews on sites such as *** or *** are easily identified as paid, fake or done by employees of the company because of the format or clicking on the review and finding the account has only ever made one review
I was contacted by Regnal Media to see if I'd like to market with them for my business (I am a local real estate agent/broker) This included being on a new tablet issued at a local brewery advertising my name and brand, etc I was asked to pay up front the fee to do this with a promise date of it being up and running by October 15, or the latest October 30, Neither of those happened I have called 100+ times to no avail There has been no communication from this company since they collected my money There are other agents in my town with the same issue and they are all in the process of doing exactly what I am doing I contacted my *** *** card to see if they'd reverse the transaction and was told they have tried to get in touch with Regnal Media and have received no response, therefore, they are unable to reverse the charge
