I am rejecting this response because:Where is the resolution to verify their information first? This response states nothing toward the complaint that they do not perform any due diligence (over years of phone calls multiple times every week) and have, in their resolution attempt, placed the onus on the party harassed with phone calls to correct their recordsI wish to point out the number of complaints and reviews that report the long hold times and rudeness encountered by those who have attempted corrections this wayThis IS part of the complaint and they are far too complacent in stating that since nobody told them, they can't be held responsible!!! Their business has performed irresponsibly and their excuse merely reinforces part of the complaint - onus on harassed party to have to deal with notably poor customer service department?
